Nice staff. Didn’t keep there end of the deal to put a tow hitch on the suv we bought. They said because they said it and it wasn’t in writing they wouldn’t do it. Otherwise nice staff. Nice cars. A little overpriced to be honest. But overall satisfied with the customer service.

They a lot of wonderful people selling the cars but only one poor girl to set the appointments for service and I feel bad for how much I seen her trying to do when I was lucky enough to get in there. Fortunately a sister company called me and I had excellent service over there with an oil change.

I wanted to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had, poor service, I jumped through hoops to get a car because my car stranded me in Wichita. Thinking it was a good deal on a Toyota RAV4, great car as always, but dealing with Matt and Paul is a nightmare. I’ve called several times to get all my paperwork and they wouldn’t answer. I asked for help and they would transfer the call and not answer the questions I had. My mom the co-signer also called and they gave us the run around. Had to call the bank quite a few times to even see if we had a loan in the process and at one point we didn’t even have a loan but I had the car. Not impressed with this dealership. On top of all this when I signed papers—Matt stated I would be sent a check and a title in the mail. Waited a day over to register my car because the paperwork and check wasn’t sent to the DMV, nonetheless had to call the dealership, they gave me a number to call and talk to the title place—they were going to send to the wrong state. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for a vehicle. Such a mess.

Let’s start here I bought my car December 30th 2025 w hen I got the car I told the lady that sold it to me it acting like it didn’t wanna start 3 days ago my car stopped while I was on the highway with my kids on the car steering wheel locked up and everything I was scared couldn’t get off the high the out of nowhere after 2 minutes the car cuts back on so I called the girl that sold me the car awesome lady by the way . I’m telling her she told me she was going to have service call me service never called so I got off the highway pulled over to QT cut the car off tired to cut it back on it didnt wanna turn on so I called the lady who sold me the car once again she came gave me a jump and told me to go to the store i went to auto zone had them check and see what the issue is didn’t say what jr was but the man who checked it told me he thinks it’s my alternater or my battery so I went up to the store I got the car told them they sent me to go to service today told me he’s going to pay for them to look at it and go from there . So im here now I been here since 10:15 am it is 2:20 pm they are telling me that out of all my warranty’s none of them cover my battery . So I called the store I got the car from once again they told me I have to pay for it but i literally just got this car 40 days ago it’s been doing it since I got the car I told them the 2nd day I got the car it acting like it didn’t wanna start now they want me to pay $380 for a battery , installment , and diagnosis . Because the battery is a ware and tare item . And honestly I feel like I shouldn’t be paying for it because how could I have possibly ran down a 12v battery in 40 days ? Not possible I’ve been having issues with the car since I got it that’s not on me that’s on them ! And I’m not highly suggest you bring someone who knows about cars with u because this is ridiculous ! I have my 5 month baby with me and it’s cold and she is already sick I’ve been sitting here for hours because I refuse to pay for a battery that’s been messed up since I purchased the car !

Purchased a car for my daughter on west street location in August. Check engine light came on by December and heater is not working. Dropped car off to be “serviced” Friday morning. 4 days later I have no update. Attempted to chase someone down for more info again just to be told there is nothing they can do till Friday. Never again! ***Finally got the car back over a week later. My husband noticed as soon as he got in it that the tire pressure low display was on but it was cold so he assumed it was that and figured he would air the tires up himself. 2 hours later it lit up again saying they were low. He took it to a tire shop by our home and turns out 4 holes were in the front tire and 2 holes were in the back. We did not drop our vehicle off this way so it happened while they had it. Super Car Guys Service center gave us our vehicle back like that. Incompetent. Unorganized. Unprofessional. I attempted to address this with Alex the manager but zero customer service skills. He said it’s typical for tires pressure lights to be on so he didn’t think to check that and told me we could have ran over something in the parking lot. (They claimed they alternated the tires during an oil change)They offered to patch it up for $35. As if I could drop everything all over again to drive across town again and give them more money for their mistake.
