Excellent service, very prompt and very professional. I went in this morning because my car made an (albeit brief) weird rattling noise; I had just gotten new tires installed so I thought something might be wrong. They took a look at my car and determined nothing was wrong (they were right! I think I ran over a stick or something) I was on my way to work and was in a rush, and they took time out of their busy morning to check out my car and make sure it was alright. They even refilled my wiper fluid for me. Excellent service and I wasn't even late to work. Will be coming here for my car needs from now on.

Firestone offered to take a look at my vehicle at no cost since I had recently had some work done. Employees communicated with me regularly while my vehicle was there by phone and email, making sure I was aware of what was happening. The hours made it convenient to pick up and drop off my vehicle without missing work. When employees communicated that they would not be able to fix the problem, they provided a print out of what they found and offered recommendations. My appointment was scheduled for 8AM and was moved to 10AM after I contacted Firestone the day before my appointment. Upon arrival I was told my appointment was 10:30 not 10 so I showed them it was scheduled for 10 they were stuck on 10:30. Was getting my front rotors turned, this took 3 hours. When leaving Firestone I noticed my hood was unlashed before getting on the highway. Firestones quaiity of service and respect for customers had really gone down hill.

Firestone had always been honest and good to me. They've never done a lousy job or tried to push me into buying something. They have taken care of my vehicles since 2021 flawlessly. We just started using the Town East store about 9 months ago. They continue to do good work as I had received from the downtown store. Thank you

Firestone Towne East staff are the best! I've taken my cars to them for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else because the service is always top notch and they always give me options and discuss whats wrong so I can make good decisions about repairs and service and keep my cars running. Mike always tries to find me a discount whenever I go in. Today I brought my Explorer in because I had an alert about the engine overheating last night when I drove home from work. Mike told me it would be around noon before they could look at it and they might not get it finished today. I overheard they had a couple of people out too but they were able to get it done before noon. Then when I left the engine light was still on so I went back in and told the technician who checked me out. He took the time to run a quick scan and the code wasnt definitive so he reset the engine light and it didn't come back on. Just wanted them to know I really appreciated they're hard work and dedication to great service.

Very friendly people. They make sure I have all my questions answered, even if I ask a ton of questions. They make sure I'm will taken care of. Their tech, Gale, is absolutely awesome. Gale is extremely knowledgeable. I prefer to only have him work on my vehicles unless he is busy or its an emergency and he's booked.

My car wouldn’t start, so I had it towed to Firestone on east Kellogg on a Friday night. I did some research and Kia’s won’t start to protect the engine if it’s past the oil change date. I realized mine was past due, yes this was my error. I was at Firestone Saturday morning with my key and a request for an oil change first before diagnostic. No check engine light was on at this point. I called every day and was assured they would call me by the end of the day and give me an update before they do anything. Days went by and the only contact was my reaching out. Every day they hadn’t had time to get to my car yet. I finally got a call that my car was done about 5-6 days later and I owe $1,100 for a new fuel pump!! Nobody called to discuss repairs. I had received an email days prior that the suggested repair was an oil change and an air filter. They offered a very small discount at this point, about $60-$70 dollars that was passed on from the parts company. I called corporate they assured me a regional would call me back. After three days, I called back and they claimed the local mechanic had been trying to reach me. Nobody had reached out! AND the days he said he reached out were days he was off work. After a few days of going back and forth with the local shop, they offered to remove the part and leave me hanging. Rudeness. I finally picked up my car and paid, but before I left the parking lot my check engine light came on! It’s a fuel leak! This was not an issue when I took it in and the first time my check engine light came on. Yes, they gave me a discount, but on a part that according to their system, wasn’t necessary. I’m still fuming. I got my tires there and have warranty, but don’t feel I can trust them to take my car back. Now I’m just driving around with a dangerous fuel leak that it seems was caused by their putting in an unnecessary part.

I called Firestone on Friday afternoon regarding a flat tire. The man I spoke to on the phone got my info, told me to drop the vehicle off and they would work on it Sunday. My wife came into the store Saturday to drop off keys and was told they no record of me talking to anyone. I got a call on Sunday that our van was done. They recommended one tire to be replaced and didn't offer any other services. I got to the store and there was nobody up front or near the registers. I waited for a few minutes and walked around the back and two employees were hanging out in another office. The two employees came out, one used foul language saying "God Damn It" to the other employee and not much was explained to me. One of the employees took payment and the other got my van. While leaving, I heard a noise coming from the new tire. I parked, looked and also noticed there was no valve stem cap. The Manager I spoke to today acted annoyed and said he couldn't get to the van until Thursday. I told him this was unacceptable given the circumstances so he said drop off the vehicle and they would get to it later today. The vehicle was in the shop no more than an hour when I received an email saying it was done. No phone call. I will not be bringing my vehicles back to this Firestone location and reasons like this is why I haven't done business here in quite some time.

Excellent place to take your vehicle. Staff are knowageable, friendly, courteous and schedule according to the customers needs. I trust them and we have trusted them for at least the last 20 years. ON A TRIP TO THE EAST COAST -- a tire was damaged and they (Lewisville KY Firestone) gave us priority service after they saw we regularly used them in Wichita KS and were traveling 6 more hours to get to VA- so we could get there before dark! I will NEVER GO BACK. When they tell you something is covered because they messed up they are lying! No accountability whatsoever! Paid a TOTAL OF $850 for something that should have cost $400! Never told me how much the work would cost!!!!

I take all three of my vehicles to Firestone Auto Care because they do excellent work and are honest. I took my daughter's vehicle to them vs taking it to Eddie's Toyota because Eddie's Toyota always try to BS everyone and Firestone Auto Care are HONEST and repairs the issue.

Alignments Firestone knows alignments I particularly bring them all away from Goddard to Town East as previously mentioned Mr Mike and Keegan in-house get it figured out and in the shop front ends type will standing up straight alignments on a dime way to go Dennis and you too Jimmy keep the good mechanic attitude get it right the first time keep them steering wheel straight and will standing upright Way to go guys God bless keep up the A1 service

This shop had my car THREE days to check and repair slow leaks in two tires. When I picked up the car, the TPMS light was still on. They said "oh, it'll go off on its own" despite the fact I asked them to check it when I dropped off the car. But the TPMS light is still on over a week later. The technician didn't replace the valve caps he removed so I had to go buy new ones. And both tires STILL LEAK. No plans to take my car here again. While my complaints may seem small, why should I trust this shop to do something more complex or involved if they can't even get the "little things" done right?

After 15 years of going to this location for service, tires, etc. I won't be back. And it's kinda sad. Ever since John the previous location manager retired it's gotten worse and worse. The attitude there now is curt and not friendly ( starting directly from the new location manager, clearly), and they just don't have time and seem over worked, unhappy, etc., and service is suffering. And this last time i took my car in for regular service, driving home from there, the car sounds funny now. I'm gonna have to take it somewhere else now to check it out, because i just don't trust them anymore. I was going to get a new set of tires through them, but glad I didn't now. I'll give someone else my time, loyalty, and money, because this location doesn't seem to appreciate it. It's really unfortunate, but i guess things change... they sure have.
