Overpriced on top of that their water leaves swirls on the car spent $60 for a tire shine and a glass cleaner I would rather drive down to the valley and deal with the chemical guys

I bought car wash soap from them for $90 but I bought the same soap from other 3D store for $47 they are the most expensive one don’t buy supplies from them they sale all the products for 2 times price I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them I had the worst experience

As a business owner it’s hard to come in here and leave this review, but I think it’s necessary to be honest and share my experience with this company. Starting out my detailing business I searched for excellent cleaning supplies to stand behind my name as a mobile detailer. I came to 3D from a referral and spent hundreds of dollars on chemicals and equipment on multiple occasions. Being a beginner I didn’t notice any issue with the chemicals but now that I have experienced many different brands, I can say these products just didn’t perform very well for me. Just for a few examples, LVP is a very harsh chemical and hard to use as a spray on/wipe off cleaner and many better options, their bug remover and yellow degreaser didn’t work at all for me. Many chemicals didn’t perform like I expect them to and especially at the price this company charges. With that being said there are still 2 products I use to this day from 3D. Their ultra protectant is great, and their final touch spray is always good to have on hand. I also bought their brand foam cannon and have had multiple issues. Firstly it clogged only after a week of owning it and I took it in to have them service it and they tried to sell me parts for it to replace. So I took it home, tore it apart and figured out how to clean it myself. Now not even 6 months with the foam cannon. The lid threads failed and the lid falls off under weight of a full bottle of solution. I will now be spending the money on a different brand foam cannon because this one was a total waste of money. I know I haven’t tried all of their products and chemicals so I don’t mean to bash on everything they sell but my advice to other detailers is to do your research and see what other popular detailers are using. If they don’t have these chemicals in their fleet then maybe don’t pay the high price for 3D products. Anthony, Bennett’s Mobile Detailing.

3D detail are experts on what they do very informative of all products any questions I had was answered. Very friendly staff I loved the customer service. I recommend these guys for your detailing needs of products and services. I got my carbon fiber hood washed, clayed , one step polish, and ceramic coated the staff has a high value in treating there clients cars as it was there own. Highly recommend anyone near the AV to come check them out I’m a picky person on who gets to touch my car but 3D staff is the only exception I’m looking forward for future services for there amazing results worth every dollar . Thank you again 3D staff I can’t stop smiling how the results came out immaculate.
