Yikes this place is a challenge. I feel sorry for the employees who seem to be doing the best they can with very little to no direction. Multiple employees yelling for "help" for this, "check" on that, this customer, that customer, this guy is buying brand X tires, he has this vehicle, she has that vehicle. It's a wonder they can get anything done with all the cross talk. What concerns me is I always have double and triple check to see if the lugnuts are torqued to specs, and ensure the tires installed are the ones I requested. Ine time I had a bad experience and now I don't take chances.

Absolutely horrible they never know when they get something in stock. Nobody answers the phone. I called literally 60 times. I was on hold for two periods of a half hour each wasted time go to a real tire shop.

Terrible service i came to get 1 tire for the passenger side front, they tride to sell me a tire for the drivers side not needed and then called me to tell me the tire they were gonna sell me was to small and the correct size would be $20 more bate and switch no more business here

Dalon took my car in, the only one there. It took 1hour and 45 minutes, I asked for windshield wipers, none were done. Do to it not being ordered! Hugo the manger had Luis do it, not his fault, it wasn't on the work order, from Dalon, he forgot!! He was very busy, I was the only one there!! He maybe new, but he needs to listen to the customer!! Thanks to Hugo, I didn't go to auto zone to get them!!

They dont update website or pick up the phone... i was trying to get a tire web side said they had a few in stock. Tried to call to confirm availability but they never pick up the phone when i got there they told me they dont have any in stock ... stay away

They told me they would fix my tire but never did. They did an oil change on my car and told me everything would take less than 2 hours. I dropped my car off at noon and I was calling nonstop, until someone finally answered and said you’re car has been ready for hours. So my car was ready at 3pm and i called them at 5:40pm, so after hanging up I got my car at 6pm. I had no car for 6 hrs when I could’ve been without a car for 3 hours instead. Horrible customer service they didn’t even apologize or anything, I’m never going back again.

Very good customer service! We were on our way to Arizona and got a nail in our tire and we pulled up just before closing. Instead of turning us away, they not only fixed our tire but checked and filled the others as well. They were very friendly to my small kids as well. Thanks to them we were able to continue our trip instead of wait till the day. Very much appreciated!

These guys did not properly put the lug nuts on after changing my tire. Bought new brake pads and was going to change them, but could not get the tire off because 2 of the lug nuts were switched. Cost me over $150 to remove the tire and replace the broken wheel studs!!!! Do not trust these guys to change your tires.

Don't ever use Walmart Automotive. They have the worst customer service, and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Don't worry about having an appointment, they don't abide by those. Frank, the so called manager, has the worst customer service ever. He straight out lied to us, and made their mistake ours. The store manager did absolutely nothing, and automotive is a joke. DON'T EVER GO TO WALMART AUTOMOTIVE! YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!

Bad customer service, the guys are very lazy, they always give you a bad attitude and always tell you that the wait is 3 or 4 hours, they don't want to work, I wonder where the manager is, if the service is bad, the manager will be the worst, they get paid and they don't want to work, Walmart should fire this kind of people, they don't have the oil or the filter for the car. If Walmart closed the section, it would be better, if they couldn't help the customers.

The worsest tire service in my 12 year intensive driving experience (I have been in many tire shops and changed a lot of tires). I can’t say anything about the tires itself, it was the cheapest option on the market for the exact tires at the moment of purchase. Let’s start with the time of change: it took insane two hours for 4 tires. If you ever used regular tire shops you should know that it normally takes 30-40 minutes. And I saw the process of changing personally, because the first hour I purchased groceries in Walmart, and second hour I just stayed by my car with the cart full of food, because they didn’t allow my to put it in the trunk. (That is the policy, you cant’t be inside the shop) And after what I saw I can definitely say that guys who work there are paid hourly, because I never saw so slow working mechanics ever in my life. Not in Russia, not in Asia, not in Africa, not in USA I swear. Then when the mechanic finished after two hours after picking up the car he told me that he can’t pull the car out because he is in dirty clothes and I should wait the guy in clean clothes. I answered him this is not a Bentley, you can sit and drive it out, I don’t care about his clothes. After that he simply turned around and walked away to the next customers. I followed him interrupted their conversation and repeated the same what I said before. He answered this is the policy, he can’t. Then a guy in clean clothes came and asked me come inside thru the shop, which I can’t enter because of the policy by the way. And asked me to pay recycling fee. I payed for the tires and service online but the way a week before. I refused to pay and they bring me my used tires on the parking lot by the car and cart with the groceries wich were outside unattended all this time. After everything I wrote I strongly do not recommend this service to anyone. Spend 5-10 dollar more and go change tires to any private tire shop. Save your time and nerves

Bad team leads and bad team coaches there, there is one that is always argumentative with the customers. Services take way too long even with appointment, Can't ever find anyone in the auto motive department when you need something that is locked up. The quality of the tires they sell is very poor, especially the Douglas brand ( have had nothing but bad luck with them. ) I hate Jiffy Lube but would rather go there for oil changes than this Walmart. The head manager at this location needs to take control and have a discussion about how to treat the customer and how to represent the company. Just old school but your customers are key and if they are not happily satisfied with the way they have been treated or with the quality of purchasing you can be sure your business is going to reflect it.

Bad Customer Service!. You get there no one acknowledges you. Waited 10 minutes no one approached me. Was there to do Oil Change. Terrible. They need new staff asap!!! Taking business elsewhere.

Do not go here. No cars in the parking nor in the bay but they do not accept "Any kind of tire problem/replace/rotation" at this location. When you ask for appointment, they say they do not do appointment for those. Worst location.

Terrible customer service, the lady in the front is extremely rude. Igot 4 tires and had an appointment to install at 10am, get there 10 minutes prior and they tell me itll be a 2 hour plus wait. What is the point of having an appointment if I'll still wait an hour or more for them to start? Along with that, they were about to put my tires onto another vehicle if I didnt ask them to give me my tires to go elsewhere.

Tina or T has helped me both times I've had my truck serviced for tires. 2years apart and she was still extremely helpful on the phone and in person. She definitely cares about what she’s doing and the customer experience. Tbh I don’t even shop at Walmart on the regular side but I will continue to get my ford f150 serviced here.
