I called in to get a quote otp and Ed helped me out. He was quick and helpful. I shopped around and ended up going with elite. Another place called JD auto was trying to charge me nearly $300 more. I dropped off my truck at Elite. Ed told me they were going to run a full diagnostic to make sure what i thought was wrong with my trucks was the actual issue and check if my truck had any other issues as my check engine light was on. In about half hour or so Ed called me and advised me that what i thought was wrong with it, was the issue. They changed my trucks power steering pump and did an oil change in about 4 hours. Which is not bad since they were pretty busy. I felt like this place is an honest professional auto shop as they were true to their word. Will definitely be taking my vehicles back here!

HIGHLY OVERRATED, unprofessional, and rude If you wanna take your car in for “MECHANICAL ISSUES ” and leave with “BODYWORK” needed, this is the place for you…. Make sure you video Record document any scrape scratch dent or ding on your car they will do you dirty & deny it to the fullest…. And of course their In house video surveillance catches nothing…. B.S.!!!!! excuses for everything…. No accountability in any way shape or form “CUSTOMER BEWARE”

I decide to come here initially because of the reviews but what sold me as a customer was how friendly and accommodating Ed was. My vehicle was in his shop for a few days as they diagnosed a major oil leak and made necessary repairs. They gave realistic expectations on how long everything was going to take but I was good with it because they were thorough on explaining what was happening. I understand you can’t rush quality work and that’s what these gentlemen bring to the table. I’ll definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

Took my car in for AC Service, was quoted $125. Out the door was $121. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. Time estimate was accurate. However their quote over the phone wasn't very transparent. I only got out cheap because my AC was overcharged and they credited me back the extra refrigerant. The real price range is $125-$220, depending on how much refrigerant you need. It felt like I was tricked into driving to their shop on a false quote, despite not actually being charged more. If I needed refrigerant or repairs, it would have been a lot more expensive than what they said over the phone. They are a little bit more expensive than average and they could be more upfront with their pricing, but they do a good job.

These guys are great! My family and i have been taking all our cars to these guys for the last decade or so. They charge fair prices and never try to upsell you on unneeded repairs, The only downside is that due to their impeccable work they tend to be busy and sometimes you might have to wait a few days before they can fit your vehicle in for more in depth repairs.

Honest and friendly. I took my Honda in one time because one of my windows wouldn't roll down, they ordered the part, and then when I went to pick it up, they said it was just the fuse and didn't charge me for the part. They could have easily charged me for it, that's how I knew they were honest. I've been taking my cars for 4 years and never had an issue. Now I take any Toyota and Nissan as well. I'm so glad I was recommended to them by a family member!

Eddie was very knowledgeable, and fair. He told me upfront the cost to diagnose the problem, and ended up not charging me anything at all because the problem fixed itself during his test drive. I highly recommend this shop. Hard to find a trustworthy and reliable mechanics shop these days.

We are sharing our experience so others can make an informed decision. We brought our vehicle to this shop to replace the spark plugs and repair the transmission mount. We were quoted approximately $900. After a few days, we received a call that the car was ready. However, when we arrived, we were told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, and the shop declined to charge us a diagnostic fee. Shortly after picking up the car and driving only a few miles, the vehicle broke down and had to be towed. We then took it to a dealership for further inspection. The dealership informed us that the engine required replacement. This was a very serious and costly repair, totaling several thousand dollars. We cannot determine what occurred while the vehicle was at the first shop. However, the sequence of events was extremely concerning to us, especially given that the engine issue arose immediately after the vehicle was returned to us. We recommend asking detailed questions, requesting written documentation, and seeking second opinions when dealing with major vehicle repairs. Use your judgement and preserve your trust to avoid disappointment. The customer service team did not help us. The guy we went back to, to let him know, just literally lied. He changed up the story. First he said, there were several problems with our car, he quoted us $900. We told him to proceed with the repairs. He called us the morning we were to pick up the car, and told us the car was ready. When we got there he told us there was nothing wrong with the car, and that we didn't even need to pay the $120 for the diagnosis. He changed up the story, and treated us as if we are retarded and couldn't see through the conflicting story. The car we brought in driving, had to be towed. And we later discovered from the Toyota dealership that the repairs would be <$9000>. We had to get a new car, in addition to paying off the remaining amount owed on the car your mechanics had damaged. But, to God, the mighty wise one, goes the glory. Good luck with your business.
