I had an 8:30 appointment to get an estimate on my car didn't show up until 10 to 9. I felt their estimate was very high. Took my car elsewhere whose estimate was $500.00 less.

I’ve been using this autobody company since their grandfather was alive. In fact, he once gave me a ride home. We talked about the Dodgers if I recall correctly. Today, one of the staff is going to bring my wife home. I saw the reviews on this site and I couldn’t believe some of them. Pure rubbish, I thought. One only needs to glance at Yelp to get an accurate assessment. These things I know: They work with Wawanessa Insurance. Which is very good. Wawanessa does not advertise and that’s how their rates are so competitive. 3 J’s does an excellent job. My jobs over the years have all been done very well. Yes, I can take a car elsewhere but, why?

I was suggested to go to 3js from a neighbor who had a similar job done. Need to say James has been very professional and easy to work with,I can tell he focuses on the customer. Being both me and my wife in the automotive field, I am happy to say he has been also very patient and understanding in answering all our questions and requests allowing us to review the status of the repair. James has gained our trust and we feel more comfortable as it is a "big job" for our pockets. My van is still at 3 js to get fully rhino lined in army green, James is finishing up the prep work and repair. Looking forward to see the finished job! I will post pictures and update the review then!

Great customer service. They did full Rhino Line on my F250 bed on the same day. Drop it off in the morning, pick it up after lunch! They even remove all the bed bolts and other things so they are not sprayed over and covered up. These guys care more about your car than you do.
