I have had the highest quality experience possible with 510AutoWorks👍🏼 As a Nurse 👩‍⚕️ I have to Assess the symptoms of my patients accurately, then diagnosis and treat. That is exactly what they do. I really appreciate knowing I can trust 510AutoWorks to find the problem & Fix it for a great price. My experience with other auto shops has not been this way. The owner Eric was extremely thorough & transparent in his diagnostic. He was super helpful suggesting preventative maintenance and efficient in servicing my Benz. If you also have a foreign car bmw, Mercedes, etc I would highly recommend getting it serviced here!

ETHICS-INTEGRITY-SUPERIOR SERVICE Not only are you dealing with a professional of 16yrs from a Mercedes dealership, your saving yourself from “rip-offs” if your a woman that knows nothing of cars. This owner (Erik Carranza) keeps a clean shop with quality service which deserves a 5 STAR rating from me. I’ve never experienced such a level of customer service before. I saved hundreds of dollars and I now will be a customer for life and will refer this shop again and again to my friends. Thank you so much for all your help. You guys really went above & beyond. Erik was awesome ! I got my 2016 c300 Mercedes Benz serviced by him and he was great . He let me know what was necessary and what didn’t need to be done at the time which is very honest , he never pushed me to spend more . He was quick on the job but proficient . I went and got lunch and came back and when I went inside his shop waiting area there was chargers for all phones , cold water bottles , and A Keruig . I stayed about 15 minutes after my car was done talking to Erik and his wife , they were really cool people . I don’t know if you tip your mechanic but I did anyways because he was that great ! Good work and a good person. I would recommend any one looking for a good honest shop to go here, you won’t be disappointed (:

My family has been going through Erik since he worked at a local mercerdes as a master tech. I live in San Jose, but i will never hesitate to drive my car to Fremont for service! Erik and the team here are all amazing. He’s very detail oriented and does clean work. Most importantly, his prices are very transparent and will not over charge you for things he thinks you don’t need for your car. Thank you Erik and family!!!!!

It took me 7 years to find a mechanic to feel I can trust. Got a referral and read Reviews. Erik was honest and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and trustworthy to leave my Honda to him to do a 120000 miles maintenance. It all turned out Great! He is very nice and knowledgeable. I liked the way they break down the to do list with explanations and prices. I was able to understand exactly what was being done without a doubt. As a woman he didn’t make me feel like I was taken advantage of. Thanks Erik! I found my mechanic I can Trust!

My Mercedes quietly died on the side of the road on a Sunday and I had it towed to 510. They carefully worked on it until she was nursed back to health. It was more than the battery. They had to replace a valve body on an exotic variant. It took a long time to find the part but they got it done. Treated much better here than at the Fletcher Jones dealership in Fremont. I’ve gone to about a dozen mechanics over the years in the Bay Area and Erik and his team are the ones I trust more than anyone. 5/5. Highly recommend.
