Oh my God, there's no words. This place is absolutely amazing. I got a flat tire when I got home and I had to rush right away to take my mom to the hospital. She was scheduled for surgery. I had no way of going to put on a tire or anything. They came out, change the tire for me. They were reasonable and absolutely amazing. They got here like in 15 minutes. Thank you so much

Fair prices and super fast, no nonsense service. They take same day appointments. For full service (labor and parts) of 2 front rotor/brake repair it was $350 total ($180 parts and $160 labor + taxes and fees). Done in less than 2 hours. Walk in because my car nearly broke down on hwy. For tire installation (if you purchased own tires) it’s $20/wheel + $10 total for rotation and balance. UPDATE! They finished my tire installation in legit 20mins. Floored!

Hello folks , I wanted to share my experience here with you all so you can find a better place for your car service, if that is tire , alignment or other mechanical issues. I had a flat tire went to repair they tried to remove the nail so hard caused damage at my tire and couldn’t remove it until I told them to please takeoff the wheel and remove the nail after my advice they did and ended up fixing it not even properly, noticed missing One bolt and lose one this could cause a major safety issue. If you care a bout a quality and safety so don’t take your care at this place.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it necessary to share my experience with Universal Tires & wheel I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a straightforward repair, but the service was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor — worst customer service, and zero quality. If you value the quality and your safety don’t take your car for them pay for something better and professional.

This is the worst tire shop I’ve been to. Lying robbers who don’t know how to give customer service. I called and asked if he had a used tire for my car and he responded by saying yes and gave me the price for it. I told him I’ll be there in 15 minutes and he agreed to it. When I arrived he said that he and his crew will go on a 35 minutes lunch break. So why didn’t he tell me before I came there so that I didn’t have to wait? He knew what time I would arrive. After 35/40 minutes, when he was done with lunch, the tire technician said he didn’t have the tire I needed for my car, even though I gave them my tire information when I called them. The front desk guy went back again and found a used tire that had no thread left and wanted to sell me for $45. I said that it was insulting for him to give that kind of a bad tire for that price. I said let’s do 40 and finish the job (since I was in a rush). He didn’t accept it even after all the major mistakes he made. These charlatans are the disease in our community. What made me sad is that they’re probably Muslim since the front desk had Islamic symbols, even though they acted exactly as the opposite of a Muslim. I should know, since I’ve studied Islam for decades under scholars. Using the symbols of truth as a manipulative tactic to lure in customers and then mistreating seems like a bad thing to do when you will be questioned on the Day of Judgement.

These guys are awesome just about closing time and i came it to get an emergency tire change 255x30x22 tire that I brought myself and they had no problem mounting it, balancing, and checking all my other tires fit correct air pressure all at the last minute.
