My truck broke down while I was working out of town and was nice to find someone that did good work. I would go back If my truck had problems and I was in the area.

My husband called them and told them we needed some work done on Our R.V. the service manager said sure we do that work bring it down next week. The day before we were supposed to bring it in my husband went down to that shop to confirm that they do this certain work on RVs and they said yes. We drive our RV down to their shop park and 2 days later they called my husband and said we don't do that kind of work. 😠🤦♀️

Was on a show load delivering to the Levi Stadium when my truck blew out the clutch... If you know show loads you know that failure is NOT an option. I called Kevin and explained my situation and he told me to get it there ASAP... 30 minutes later I drive in and the mechanic meets me before I have a chance to park my truck and puts it straight into the bay and up on the lift.... OMFG, amazing!!! He had it tore apart within a couple hours and I was back on the road by lunch the next day with a new clutch!!!! I have never had a shop show such urgency.... Thank you so very much!!! You really pulled my butt out of the fire on this one!!! Folks, if you need truck repair I definitely suggest this shop!!!

Brought our vintage bus conversion to Ray and James at Bay Counties for work on the fuel system, the rear axle, general oil change and lube, and a safety inspection. The work was flawless, done with care, explained thoroughly and clearly, and done one time and as promised. Our bus is priceless, and was looked after with extraordinary care and attention. I will always choose to bring it back to Bay Counties.

First of all I dont even know where to begin with this place. The best you can hope for when coming here is greeting Kevin the service guy. I came to this place a few amount times thinking I was sold cherry work , boy was I in for a treat. Sold me parts for twice the amount of value. And labor charge was of the roof. The welds I received in the fab shop didnt last one bit. The timing on receiving my vehicle back after approved repairs was a little exaggerated even when parts where available and at hand. Not to mention the fact that it was misdiagnosed. This place is a pig pen I wouldn't recommend

My 1995 F250 broke down on 880N after Dixon Landing. Was honest about being a week before my vehicle could be seen; the times we're in right now, that's not a surprise for a good shop. Diagnosed some bad electrical work from the truck's previous owner. Repairs done so well you would have thought it was factory work if it didn't look new. Price for parts was reasonable. Didn't try to sell me other garbage I didn't need. I found a diesel shop I can trust.

These guys are professional and very knowledgeable. They did some work on my diesel pusher RV for me (which is not even their specialty). Teh service include some custom work on the cooling system and also found some regular maintenance items that needed to be addresses that I did not know about previously. The work was completed in a timely manner, communication was great and the price was very fair and in line with the work performed. I will be coming back and recommending Bay Country Diesel Services for anyone looking for good quality work performed by a very knowledgeable staff. Thanks Kevin and your team for all your help!

Ray and his team are AWESOME! Last week I made a silly mistake and put DEF in my fuel tank. (I guess I was thinking fuel additive since I am new to this DEF issue.) I called the shop and spoke to Kevin. I explained that we are a non-profit helping the military and this was the only vehicle we had to travel and pull our RV. He immediately set me up to get the truck towed into the shop. I was given a ride back to my RV and the job was completed the next day by 2PM. Ray, the owner, even helped out our organization on the cost of the repairs. He said he just wanted to give back to those who have served our Country. Getting equipment worked on quickly is not always this easy. And being raised in the trucking business, I noticed that the shop was clean, well maintained and the employees were amazingly helpful. I wish there were more businesses and owners like this in our Nation. These are the kind of folks we are proud to have fought for in battle. If you are smart, you will take your equipment to Bay Counties Diesel. They are the BEST!!!! Jerry P.

Be careful. It broke down near their location. My radiator leaked. I asked them to calculate how much it would cost. They immediately drove me without asking for a steam truck wash that costs $200. With the naked eye, you can see that it is the radiator that is leaking. But they explained to me that a steam wash is needed to determine where it flows from. Of course for $200. The radiator is always completely changed, no matter which side it flows from. Next, you will also need to pay $35 for water disposal from washing your truck. After 40 minutes, I got a call and said that replacing the radiator on the freightliner cascadia would cost $4,000 !!! It's 2 times higher than any other workshop. I refused and I was immediately billed for diagnostics( they didn’t say nothing about the problem) and steam washing in the amount of $550. If you are ready to pay so much, you will be welcome here

Good people are hard to come by especially when looking for a repair shop to fix your vehicle I have to be fair and here's my opinion I think I got great service I feel like it was a little pricey but I didn't have a choice I needed my truck running. I just think after spending $32,000.00 on a new engine they would have made sure I got it back with the AC working I was missing a hose why couldn't they get me one for the amount of money I paid and I paid it all in cash Hopefully I will get a call from Kevin telling me to bring my truck back when I am ready to get the AC working with no charge for the service of course
