Horrible experience here at 7 days tire center had us waiting in lobby for 40 minutes after our appointment time then a man walks in to tell us that we need a tire with no context me thinking they were gonna change it (that’s what I was there for) but instead walks in 30 minutes later saying they don’t have the tire and we’ve been waiting for no reason. Please learn to explain things horrible spot do not recommend very unprofessional.

I purchased chrome wheels from 7 Day in aug 2023…then a year and a half later i got new tires from another company…which were installed on my chrome wheels incorrectly. I was constantly having to add air as the tires were losing air constantly. Jymmy at 7 Day took care of me and corrected the problem…customer service at 7 Day Tire Center is top-notch! Ill be coming back for my next set of tires here and referring all my friends.

These guys are truly amazing….. and on a weekend Sunday too 😇 After almost giving up because it was getting late…. I found 7day Tire 🛞 Center 🙏🏾, thank Jesus ✝️ These guys didn’t waste any time giving me excuses or trying to UP sell me anything….they grabbed my keys and sent me to the lounge for coffee and some NatGeo on the TV 📺 They gave me an incredible price and had be back on the road ASAP! I have been coming to 7 days tire center for well over 10 years. I have never walked away unhappy. I know I always get the best deal with them, how do I know this, because I always call big o tires, Costco, and other tire shops just to make sure there’s not a better deal out there…well, there isn’t. If you want to save yourself time, hustle from tire shops salesman and money come see these guys. 7 days tire center in Santa Ana.

I visited 7 Days Tire Center on a Friday because Google Maps showed they were open until 7 PM. I arrived a little after 6 PM, only to find out they actually close at 6 (the online hours are incorrect). Despite that, the team was kind enough to still take me in and patch my tire, which I really appreciated. The only downsides was that my tire was overfilled to 50 PSI instead of the recommended 36, and the price for the patch was higher than other shops in the area—I paid $40, whereas most places typically charge around $25–$30. Overall, great customer service, but a couple of details that could be improved.

If I had the option to give zero stars I would. I came in on April to get both outer tie rods fixed and an alignment. After picking up the vehicle and a couple days after, I noticed one of my lug nuts missing. As I inspected the issue, the wheel stud that holds the nut was stripped. I went ahead and addressed the issue to 7day with hopes of getting my issue resolved with my receipt. Upon arrival, I was told by one of the front counter representative that the problem wasn't theirs. Since they "torque" it to spec, figuratively, I was told to kick rocks. I guess he was just trying to cover his employees reputation. Last time that I will be doing business here...

Called early in the morning usually theres someone more kind on the phone. But today 1/27/26 9:11 Am i was met with rude customer service. I asked a simple how much for a scan was told 100$ then i asked if i bring my own brake pads how much. He wouldnt tell me and was mad at this point for me asking. After being afraid to asking again i did he said 100$ I said thank you. He Hung up immediately. Just lost a customer of 7. All my family will not come her.e I will make sure. Lmao
