Great staff. Car wash 1 star. This car wash can not wash a little car. It will scan the car, giving it a mist and then turn off because there is not enough car. Policy says they can’t give a refund so they gave me something to get a car wash on them on a later date. I’ll randomly show up, have my car gently misted and go inside to explain everything again. They’ll give me another card and I’ll return in another week just to waste everyone’s time, including my own. Petty? You bet.

This is the first time I’ve received a bad experience here so I gave it a 3 stars. Today, the Car wash was not working as usual. Went inside to tell the cashier and he fought me saying it does, even though he has never used it. I told him I was my car here often and that I knew the lights are supposed to turn on saying when to go, stop, or back up. He said they do and that I wasn’t doing it right. He never even went outside to verify whether I was telling the truth. Gave me an attitude and said to have a great day. They did give me another car wash to replace it, but no refund for the bad wash.

To the short woman with black hair who doesn't speak English, working at the front counter. You racially profiled my brother despite him presenting a valid ID. Treating individuals this way base of there race, especially when they have proper government identification, is highly disrespectful and unprofessional. Discriminating against someone for no reason but for the color of there skin , especially when they are ready to pay for their items, is unacceptable. You are in the wrong, and I will be addressing this matter further.
