September 20, 2023. I would like to inform the community of my dreadful encounter with 777 Auto Body Shop. I called the business and spoke with the proprietor, a Chinese man and Chinese woman, to explain what I needed done to my 2007 Honda Pilot. I told him specifically that all I wanted done was to paint the rusted roof of my vehicle, which required bodywork (some rusts). I volunteered to send him my photographs but the owner said it wasn't necessary (red flag 1) and he knew what I wanted done. I informed him that all the other body shops required images of the automobile. Because it was the roof of my SUV, which I planned to sell, I wanted the simplest and cheapest paint job possible. I inquired once more whether he desired to view the photographs. No, just bring the automobile down, he replied. He quoted me $400 cash (2nd red flag). I drove to his shop immediately due to the low quoted price. From Waianae, I drove all the way down to Mapunapuna. As soon as I arrived at his establishment, his wife informed me that there was too much body work. I informed her that I spoke with her spouse, who quoted me $400 cash. Her spouse came out and told me that he cannot do the job for $400 cash. I reminded him that we had spoken over the phone, and that he was the one who did not wish to view the photographs. I believe that these two husband-and-wife con artists have ensnared and duped me. This is an unethical and shady commercial practice. I informed them that conducting business in this manner wastes people's time. Both immediately turned around and left. This enterprise is not worth your attention. Unmoral, ruthless, and dishonest individuals! BEWARE.

Andy is efficient, professional, and can do magic on any car! Mine was a 2007 Camry that was all buss up from years of neglect, dings, and an accident. Andy was quick to work with my adjuster to repair the car. He towed it to his shop and repaired the car - I did not stress about it at all! The car looks amazing! Call him if you want an honest, efficient, professional to repair your car to mint condition!

Got rear ended so badly last December 19th. I got Andy's contact through a friend which Andy has helped before. I contacted Andy and inspector went to the shop for inspection. All went smoothly. Thry started to repair the car the beginning of this year as they were waiting for the parts. One of my friend got hit in November and his car is sill preparing somewhere. I got my car today like brand new. So happy with their polite and nice service. If you want fast work with good quality work. Andy's shop is your best choice.

Owner Andy gave me advice and estimate over the phone after I sent him photos. He is a very honest man with old school customer service. He took care of my scratch and touched up the paint in just a few minutes. He refused to take any payment because it was too small a job to him. He and his helper also gave my dirty car a quick wash! Chatted with his wife who also works at the shop and felt a breath of fresh air because of their ethics and kindness!

Great place! Took my truck there to fix one door, the man there said he would take care of a few other things in the mix, and it would take 5-7 business days. My car was ready in 4 days and he did take good care of everything he said he would! Professional and friendly.
