I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy only people go here is elderly overpriced don't even use the right part for the vehicle I ended up getting work done here still had issues so I had to take it to someone else but different strokes for different folks

This place deserves half a star do not be fooled by fake reviews this guy is dishonest arrogant conniving and rude. I came here months ago asking him for help with my check engine light making it clear I needed to pass smog. I paid him $370 to fix the smog pump. My car is not passing smog indicating I need a smog pump. When I brought it to his attention he laughed and told my my car would never pass smog because of main computer errors. Not only did this guy take my money knowing My wouldn’t pass smog he will not do anything about my check engine light still being on he’s still lying saying it’s a computer problem Ive had my computer checked I’ve been to the dealership multiple mechanics and smog stations everyone advises me to go back to the person who put it on and make sure it’s on properly which he wont do don’t waste your time or money at this place

Gerry is a really good mechanic. My in-laws have been doing business with Gerry for almost 20 years. He knows what he's doing and he is very honest. I went to him with a problem and he referred me back to my dealership which was the right thing to do since I had no idea my car was covered under the extended warranty until Gerry told me. And he was RIGHT!! The dealership dis the work for free!

I have been coming to this shop for years,but today the experience I had with Gerry leaves me unhappy. I will never take my car there again. I have car shield, but the only way for me to get my money reimbursed is for Gerry to call them he refused to call them he was disrespectful told me that I dont have to come back. I never expected him to treat me that way, because I've been a long time customer. Beware of this shop

This place is trash. Gerry is completely disrespectful and incompetent. My mom (a long time customer) brought her car here because it was giving her some trouble and he misdiagnosed what was wrong. She then had to bring it back because the issue wasn't resolved. Upon her getting her car back the second time she noticed the check engine light was on and showed it to him and he started acting a fool and not helpful at all. He started raising his voice and yelling and told her not to come back and just completely rude! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Don't waste your time or money coming here.

To tighten one screw took less than a minute and charged $20 for a screw that they forgot to tighten. In my opinion very disrespectful and very overpriced pricing. Please shop around before committing.

Do not go here, go somewhere else!!! He will scam you out of your money, he was suppose to repair my husband's car and he did not repair the car at all, he told us that it was already fixed but, we just kept having problems with the car. We went to another mechanic turns out the car engine was ruined, Gerry never fixed the car like he was suppose to. So, now we have to pay $2300 for the car to get repair by another mechanic. 😡😡😡😡😡, never go here, he will just take your money and will not fix anything.

First of all Gerry is too touchy feely by wanting to grab at and touch you which is beyond friendly and very unprofessional. Second, he drastically overcharged for auto service. Last week when I went to get a diagnosis and estimate, he quoted $360. When I told him NO, he said I don't have any money. I went directly across the street and that mechanic quoted me $180 for the same diagnosis. Eventually I took my car to a mechanic in Southgate and he charged me $30 once I brought in a part.
