His employees are nice and friendly. Because he has often diagnosed my issues over the phone and when I arrive and he puts it on the diagnostic machine, he has always been correct, I call him the Mercedes whisperer! I can't recommend George at G&N Motors highly enough. He is incredibly trustworthy. A fellow car mechanic referred me to him, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. He allowed me to purchase my own parts and then installed them for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Additionally, he fixed two other issues with my car at no extra cost! I met other customers at his shop who have been going there for years and are very satisfied with his service. George and team are the greatest independent Mercedes mechanics in LA.... Period. No job is too small or too big. OEM or aftermarket, they are the best. Do not be overwhelmed by the crowded shop, it's crowded because they are busy helping fix and maintain the finest Mercedes Benz automobiles in LA. They are very reasonably priced and George will explain issues they uncover as if you are family. Update: I continue to completely recommend this shop. George has done so much fantastic work for me. George and his whole team are credits to their profession. The whole bunch are diligent, dependable, honest mechanics. It might take them a few minutes to pull your car out of the always-humming shop, but in exchange you’ll pay probably 1/3 what a dealership’s service department would charge and will only be spending on-condition vs. conforming to arbitrary time-based service intervals. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I started taking my MBZ to G&N once my factory warranty expired. And I'm so glad that I did. Very easy to deal with, very fair prices, none of the snooty BS that comes along with a visit to a dealer's service center. And then, at my most recent visit, they went above and beyond. In addition to the annual service, I needed them to reinstall a front bumper parking sensor that had been knocked out when I'd been hit by a shredded tire on Highway 5. Not a big deal, but it takes some time and effort, and I fully expected to pay 50 or 100 bucks for it. Nope. No charge. I even double-checked. That's how they do business. I was already a loyal customer, but this level of treatment has turned me into a G&N evangelist. Thank you George!

You guys have to update more knowledge… My Mercedes GLB 250 white was went diagnostic engine repair and he said to replace Ignition coil and spark plugs for #4 cyl but after changed both of them my check engine symbol was not gone . Again I went to show the problem Mr.George said it was loose connection of ignition coil . (Again check engine was not gone ) BECAUSE PROBLEM WAS NOT IN IGNITION COIL Before coming to you , inspected by other mechanic he just exchanged #4coil ->#1coil . Again you said #4coil is problem ,when I bring to you. At last I found, you guys are changed in guess probability not inspected coil by multimeter . And also I lost my money , time , 120miles of gas fuel for bring vehicle to you .nice work (Mr GEORGE & G&N team). You guys are doing business with MERCEDES name for to attract and grab the customers . But this work👆 can do anyone with the diagnostic scanner. New customers don’t go to this place ,better to go other shop or anywhere to dealers .
