★☆☆☆☆ Came in because there was squealing noise on the right side of my car. They diagnosed it and said it was the brake pads because they are not OEM. They are OEM. I purchased them from BMW. Anyway, so would changing the brake pads fix the noise? No. I was told to live with it. To review. Paid over $200 for them to tell me to the live with it. Update. Responding to Complete Automotive Systems’ response. To anyone else reading their response this is what you’re in for. A shop that is wrong and loud about it. 1. I did NOT go in for brake noise. Here’s the exact description from their estimate of my issue “Diagnose Hight Pitch Sound When Driving” 2. To help identify the issue I provided a video recording of the noise. They said it could be a few things. Brakes was not one that they listed. 3. I told them this noise does NOT occur when braking. It occurs when driving straight or turning. That bulletin they are referring to is about noise when braking. Look it up if you don’t believe me. And further more, if the noise I came in for is a result of normal brake operation per that bulletin WHY THEN SAY IT WAS MY PADS?! 🤣😂🤣 See what I mean? Wrong and loud about it! UPDATE 2. Replying to their comment about my non mechanical mind. If the noise I came in for is normal brake noise why then say I should change my pads because they are not OEM?!? Even your defense is inconsistent. Here’s what I think the truth is. Your tech couldn’t find the issue or was confused about the noise and saw the pads and said this must be it. When I inquired further that my pads can’t be the issue because what I’m talking about has nothing to do with braking and that those pads are from BMW you could have gone two ways Option 1. Explain to your tech in further detail and try to replicate the noise. Option 2. Blame the customer and collect your diagnostic fee. You chose the latter.

★★★☆☆ This last time was perfect However. The time before this time was awful time consuming and u did not huck all the wires back in it correct spot my light are not lighting up part of me head light..and the sincere don't unlock my door and trunk and the lights don't come on in side of the car

Manager JACK really gets into every detail Involved in your repair and logs all of the info into computer and to your cell phone to organize your details. Great !!! Owner John is another winner !! Very helpfull and very knowledgeable Bob - office manager - super nice and helpfull. !! Mechanic FELIX - very knowledgeable and very helpful to take the time to answer questions for future service . And finaly Javiere / service dept. Manager - like mechanic Felix -- Javier KNOWS ALL. and is egar to explain all details of your repair. He is another example of someone who cares about you and your repair !!! I am very selective about any shop i use and i will be useing Complete Auto Systems for shure !! To find a shop that will work on electrical repair is very special --- most shops don't want any electrical work COMPLETE AUTO SYSTEMS not only does perfect electrical work but also sells tires !! KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING COMPLETE AUTO SYSTEMS !!!!
