Called and received a quote after having left another glass company. I was given a quote and a time. I showed up, dropped off the truck, asked for a lunch recommendation, walked to eat lunch at La Bamba (2 blocks away). As I was finishing lunch Jenna called me and told me my truck would be finished in 15 minutes. I walked back to the shop and within minutes my truck was ready. If you use a credit card you will pay a small convenience fee.

I was at a job site in Silsbee with a rental truck, and got a stone chip on my way to drop it off. The rental company would have charged me for a new windshield. Instead, I called A1 for a chip repair. They got me in immediately, fixed the chip in 20 minutes, and I was on my way. Excellent service and they likely saved me $500+. VERY SATISFIED.

Picked up my car to find both A pillar trim pieces hanging off, glass shards on the dash, broken edge of razor blade in door pocket, pieces of sealant in floorboards, blue glass shims showing through exterior molding, and lower exterior cowl molding installed incorrectly. Not happy to say the least. Apparently there is 0 QC done before calling customer to come pick up their vehicle. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My garage door window broke , so I took a measurement and I gave it to them. They called me and told me that they wanted to be sure that the measurements were correct so they came to my house and measured it themselves . They cut the glass and it fits perfectly.

Installation was OK. Instead of replacing the missing rubber at the top they just put a bunch of caulking. In addition, I guess the guy who came though we would not pay the remaining balance so he waiting and waiting around. Not cool at all. If I could go back I'll make them take the glass back out. Then pay. I do not recommend maily because the guy thought we were trying to not pay and treated us like criminals.

A big pet peeve of mine is when you walk into a business and they don't acknowledge you. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out the door with my replacement windshield the ladies at the front were extremely nice, pleasant and professional. When I came back to pay and pickup my car the lady was on the phone with a customer but told me just one moment. A1 was the most affordable in the Golden Triangle area, they replaced my glass quickly and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend this place especially over other over-rated glass companies in the area. Great staff!

Had A-1 Glass Co replace the windshield on my Ram 1500 and they did an awesome job. The ladies in the office were super nice and upfront about pricing and scheduling. Dropped my truck off and they had it done fast. I could’ve picked it up the same day but I had a rental, so I just grabbed it the next morning. The new glass looks factory fresh and my truck was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. This was an insurance repair through Progressive, and if they try to push you to Safelite, just tell them you want to use a local shop instead. I had no issues with my adjuster and the whole thing went smooth. Highly recommend these folks.
