It's my first time there I have a government voucher worth 800$ of repairs ,for the homeless or low income folks who cannot afford a new car.so I'll get back on the 5 th when I drop my car baby at this place it's like a sleep over for your child ,first time,yikes.dont panic be back guys.

Do not go here! Rude people. Charged me for a Smog and failed because my Air Injection was "Tampered" with. Stock car, loose hose clamp. Took it to a State Referee Smog check, Passed with no problems. They are under investigation now!

First thing they said was that the gas tank cab was loose, told me I had to repair it before the smog check. $20 dollars more. Come to find out they told the same thing to my other 3 friends. I took my car to another smog check nothing was wrong with my gas cab. The people here are rude!! Don't go here take your business somewhere else. Go to Cisneros Auto Service and Smog. Great, friendly people and Service. Great mechanic!!

I agree with all of the other posts. Phil gets five stars for going above and beyond providing excellent customer service. He was also very honest in letting me know that there was minor damage done to my car while it was on the lift and did not hesitate to resolve the damage. I have not had encounters with any of the other service guys but can definitely confirm that Phil is awesome, and, I continue to be a repeat customer.

I was recommended to this place by San Joaquin Valley Air to take advantage for a free smog, I called the place and asked if I needed an appointment for a smog, the gentleman said no, so I show up and get my vehicle smogged, once service tech is totaling cost, I mentioned to him that I have a voucher from the state for a smog, he said he can't accept it because I have to let him know in advance about it, so he wanted his $80. I told him that he didn't ask me for a voucher, I guess it was my fault for not mentioning it in advance. I told him this is my first time doing this and I didnt know how the process works, so i mentioned to him as a business owner you should guide your customers and explain the process and make it fare for the consumer. Then he tells me that there's people out that need it more than me, because of the way I looked, I said you shouldn't judge your customers based on there appearance, and then he tells me, yeah your probably right, he said I guess I just have a big mouth. So i strongly do not recommend this place for any service.

If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule a appointment with this company because they are listed as a auto shop I can go through . The technician that answered the phone was rude hung up on me and was very disrespectful . I couldn't even have a normal conversation . When I let him know his professionalism and attitude was wrong he simply said go to a different place "yup iam" how sad and pathetic is this man . I guess that's the face of this company . Horrible

I am giving this place 5 stars,because,it earned it,again there's always people with bad reviews and sometimes its just because things don't go their way,me personally i greatly recommend it,i ve'been a customer since he had the shop on withmore before the bridge by the cemetery,at one point he even received at his shop some auto parts for my pick up,because the shipper needed a commercial address,so i asked him if he could received them there,and without hesitation said yes,that goes to prove that he cares about his customers,again thanks again anastacio.

I went out looking for a good shop highly recommended but I couldn't find it and unfortunately, ended up here in A&A that by the exterior looks like a good shop but DEFINITELY IS NOT!!! AT first the old man said that in order to fix the Air conditioner problem, he had to diagnosing it and will cost me $ 180.00. So after "diagnosing it" he said that will cost me extra for the freon and a couple of seal gaskets and I asked him if that was the problem and he said YES!! Well, after like half an hour, he came into the office where I have been waiting and with a 🐴 face said that he didn't know what the problem was and wrote me up for almost $300.00 labor and paint he used into the system when he was so desperate trying to hit the "PINATA" sort to speak trying to find the leak or leaks. Now, at 77 years old in social security, I feel like he really took advantage of me, when he charged me for diagnosing the problem and never had a clue. Now, he took like 2 weeks worth of groceries off me and just wasted my time and money. I really don't know how in God's name they allowed him to operate much less giving him a license. SO, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! 😭 SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL AND SERIOUS RELIABLE SHOP INSTEAD!!!

I took my truck in for a stars only smog, it didn't pass, the owner repaired it and it passed. He is a very nice gentleman. Very knowledgeable, I found out that he use to teach classes in automotive until he could afford to open his own business. I had many questions about my vehicle and he answered them. I highly recommend him and his place of business. His hours of business are 10am-6pm. Very pleased!!
