Alex auto repair is dishonest and is a fraudulent business .he does not keep his word and blatantly lies.after paying 2900 for a cam and lifter replacement only 3 days later the vehicle failed with the same problem.this time he wants more money to do same repair.he is also committing tax fraud and evasion by only accepting cash for repairs.his business is dishonest

The fuel pump stopped working on my truck while pulling the trailer a couple of hundred miles from home. Alex auto repair was recommended to me by the guy that went to help me. The truck was delivered to the shop the next morning about 11:30 and it was done by 5:00pm that same day. The whole fuel assembly, which is in the gas tank, was replaced. Truck is running like a champ.

It says on google maps it's open on Sunday on here until 5:30. When I went, they were outside, and I asked if they were still open, and he said no. Could have just said you were on lunch.

They don’t answer their phone. Don’t waste your time trying to call. I called over 5 times during different times and still nothing. Based off other bad reviews I’d suggest the other places nearby

BEWARE of Alex auto repair in Ceres CA. He is a crook and a lier he will happily take your money then will not pick up his calls if your still having car issues with his work, we caught him in a lie and he had no choice but to pay my daughter back $650 dollars from a lie we caught him with and also claimed to use OEM parts on Corolla that we had a certified Toyota mechanic take a look and informed us they were " Not" Toyota parts he got caught cold busted and didn't hesitate to refund our cash with out hesitation knowing he got caught wich shop will give you $650 back without a question only because we caught him. Thanks to the mechanic who we had look at car because it runs Horrible!! He will lye to your face he told us he was replacing coil packs also in front of 3 people then denied it completely, Alex is not a Man of his word and anyone taking your vehicle to him should NOT trust him luckily we checked out numbers on sticker on parts numbers on parts he claims were Toyota only to find out they were from local parts store and charged us for OEM parts ,car is still running Horrible we called numerous times never picked up the phone I drove to his shop because we were told to give him one more chance to make it Right he just closed his doors . We will post results of outcome here. My daughter saved long time hoping after 4k for motor and installation since he was referred my someone we know that we could trust him car didn't even make it few miles we had to tow it back and still not running near as it was it ran better with a blown head gasket then it does now!! He paid us $650 back for his lying he got caught with. That's fine but he is not backing up his work on the install...bottom line if we didn't run the numbers on sticker on parts we would have never known he did us wrong and has the nerve to say he never said that right to my face he denied everything he said !!! Zero ⭐ for this shop gave him one star but only because I had to now we have to take time and money to take him to court he knows what he did and after all this is Done we hope he finally learns his lesson! Please reply Alex because there's more and we will get to bottom of this soon ! Garbage work zero stars his reply will show his character stay away from this place!!!
