I have been using A&A for almost a decade now. I’ve been through two Kias and two extended warranty’s. I recently had a huge engine issue on my 2016 Kia Sorento. Part of the engine needed replacing after a radiator cap bust and oil leak. A&A contacted my warranty, had an inspector come out, got the approval and I had my car back in a couple weeks. It seriously runs like new and all covered ($7K job!!!) and I’m almost at 100K miles. Not to mention they’ve been super helpful in the past and always HONEST and up front. It’s hard to find a dealership, especially as an independent female, that you can trust to not pull the wool over your eyes. Go see Chris and Dan and I promise you’ll be a customer for life 🫶🏻 Thank you guys!!!

I don't usually give reviews, but I wanted to ensure I took the time out for this one. I needed the brakes on my car replaced. I called to make an appointment and I was taken in tight away. The business owners were very nice and the waiting area was very clean. I was expecting a huge bill for the work. But not only did I NOT get a huge bill, I was told what work needed done that day and what could wait. I was amazed because a lot of shops will try to get as much $ as possible. Well of course I opted to have it all done. But again, the bill was so much less than I expected. My daughter in law referred me with rave reviews and she was right! They do everything as far as car maintenance and their pricing is very affordable. I absolutely recommend this business and will never go anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance. My car had a ticking noise coming from my engine, I went to the dealership for a diagnosis and 2 days later they came back with a 5k estimate, that was a bit much! I happen to see this shop and thought I'd give them a try and Dan was wonderful, his expertise was spot on! It ended up being a small part, the estimate was a little under 500 bucks so A&A has my business for now on! No more tick and 1 happy customer. Thank you A&A!

A&A does excellent work for a reasonable price. I come here for any alignments our vehicles need, and I’ve had them do a transmission flush on my 2012 Camry. Not only did they properly heat the new fluid to get the accurate fill level, they finished it in no time for half of the price Toyota wanted. My last praise for this shop comes from my latest alignment, where they not only had me in and out in less than an hour, but they even pointed out the track bar was going out on my 97 Grand Cherokee to be helpful. A&A Automotive and tire are great people to trust your vehicles with, and I’ll never go anywhere else. 🤝

About a week ago my car brakes got shot out, they squeaked and scared the wife terribly. Found this repair shop on Facebook, and I gotta say I was a little hesitant after reading a negative review or two. My friends advised me it was their “go-to” shop in Rancho though. So reluctantly.. The worst place to take your car, the manager named Chris is a rip off, he gave you one price, once you're there, is charge is a triple, is charging more than a dealership, I will not recommend this facility to anybody, they did ripped me off.

Went in there for one problem.. then ended up upsaleing me on other stuff which I agreed to.. but when I got my car back come to find out they never fixed the original problem when I took it back they just gave me the run around ..I do not recommend..

Prices are fair, and the repair was completed quickly. My fuel pump went out and not only were they able to give me advice to start my car to drive it to the shop they completed the repair in a matter of hours. Their quote over the phone was accurate and comparable to other mechanics in the area. I do most of my own repairs and maintenance at home but some jobs are extremely difficult to do in the driveway. I appreciate they only fixed the problem I requested and didn't try to stack on extra repairs. I'll definitely come back for repairs I don't want to do in the driveway. Update, I came back to flush my because I needed vacuum flush. The price was spot on and again they were able to get me in same day and completed the service in only a few hours.

I was in search of a new mechanic, since the one I've used for years shut down, when I came across A&A Automotive. I spoke with Chris on the phone one afternoon about my alternator issue and he told me to bring the car in. My car was being extra problematic and had a few unexpected issues going on, but the guys at A&A were able to find the root cause and get it fixed. Chris kept me informed every step of the way and, even though he could have charged me much more, he was very honest and transparent about the problem with my car which made the final cost much less than the original estimate. There is more work to be done on this little car of mine, and I will definitely be taking it back to A&A Automotive. Fast service, honest pricing and quality work is exactly what we all need and want in a auto mechanic shop. A&A Automotive delivers all of that!
