BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ENGINE FROM JDM FOR A 2013 SONATA GLS 2.4. HAD ENGINE SHIPPED AT QUAN'S SHOP. WITHIN 3 DAYS CAR WAS DONE & SMOG PASSED ON FIRST TEST. ON FIRST START, CAR SOUNDED EXCELLENT, NO LEAKS & NO ENGINE LIGHTS. UNBELIEVABLE... I WAS SPEECHLESS. ENGINE RUNS LIKE A NEW CAR, NO LAG. QUAN IS AN EXCELLENT MECHANIC. Unfortunately, the Department of Consumer Affairs could not get this so-called mechanic to do the right thing, which was to repair my truck that Quan ruined for me because of his poorly done job, they told me That they can't force him but they are going to help me so that I can sue him and pay for my truck and all this time lost because of this mechanic who doesn't understand that what he did is not right, I hope that Consumers Affairs department supported me in the lawsuit, I did not want to waste more time on this but I hope that the lawyer is right and that Quan has to pay the consequences of his actions

Monday 7/28 @ 9am. Went it for a simple ac recharge and should have gotten my car back within 2 hrs. Then they state compressor is bad, replace, car will be ready by the end of the day. Went to pick up the car at 5pm, shop was close and states " its not done". Not only did he not notify me that my vehicle was not finished, now i did not have a ride for the following day to work . It is now 7/29 tuesday at 3pm and my vehicle is still not with me. Never again will i take my car here.

My car's CV & ball joints broke on my only car at noon & I had to be at work that night at 8:00. I had my car towed to PC Auto & Quan not only had my car fixed & ready for me so that I didn't have to miss a night of work, but he also did it at a great price that didn't break the bank! Quan is the best mechanic, he knows his cars! Very honest & reliable. I'd definitely recommend him to everyone in need of auto repair. Thank you again Quan, you're the best!

I purchased a new JDM engine install for my HONDA Civic 2002: 1) Engine installed began leaking below valve cover around 1,200 miles, called him to advise engine began leaking. Owner said to take in and I did he just cleaned area and said to take it back next Monday, I did and said had to order part for VTEC gasket, never responded, but called him later that week Friday, of next week. 2) Took vehicle for repair oil leak and left it whole day, did not have courtesy to contact me car was ready since had to call him late afternoon for update, just said "your car is ready" 3) Drove care and one week later or so car continued to leak oil same location, called him and advised and was during New year's eve week, said to take in after New year 2022. 4) I called and took in Honda civic second week of January, 2022, he requested I leave in morning and check it out. I dropped off in morning and said will check it out. ( I do Not believe he even attempted to repair car, just had me take in car and drop off for 2 days). 5) Second drop off date I had to call him around 430pm for an update just like the 1st time I had to call him (see above). But second time dropped he requested I leave vehicle for next day to pin point leak? 6) I left vehicle over night and did not pick car till late afternoon Saturday. 7) I asked what he repaired and said " Do Not worry about." I am very disappointed in his customer service and when I picked up my car next day; he said "I'm done with your." I asked him again what he repaired and never answered my question. He seemed helpful at first but he his quality of work is questionable since I spent a lot a money for a new HONDA JDM replacement engine, but he does not honor his 90 day warranty for new engine installed I purchased from his shop. Lastly, I do not recommend his auto mechanic services!

Been going here for over 5 years now. They have been there for me in many situations. Sometimes they would check my car out for free! Their labor is the cheapest I've seen in my opinion, and the quality of their work is excellent. Looks like the owner is also the mechanic, so for jobs lasting one whole day or more, you'd have to call to check on the progress. My wife and have been happy with their service and continue to go their for maintenance and service. I highly recommend this place.

Ready for my grandmother in law's smog check, we were so sad when we saw that Al's was no longer open since she had been going to him for around 30 years. My husband and I had no idea where to go next but thankfully we came across PC Auto repair because of its owner, Quan who came out to check on us since we were across the parking lot at Al's old shop. Quan was super great and very nice. He took a look at the van did a great job explaining what needed to be done on my husband's grandmother's van and he gave us a great deal. Quan was patient with us and very helpful and the van (which is a 98) passed the Smog thanks to Quan's help
