I just took my 2003 Chrysler 300M there for brake work. Found out it needed more done than I expected and budgeted for so needless to say it came as a bit of a shock. But they were 100% honest and upfront about everything that needed to be completed. The pricing was fair and the quality of work was excellent! I will definitely be returning for any future repairs and would highly recommend them to people looking for a honest quality repair shop. Great work!

When I tell you I’m obsessed with this place and recommend it to everyone… They are thee BEST! I’m a girl who knows nothing about cars and John takes me through the shop and shows me visually what’s wrong and truly gives me the best price possible. Always so friendly too! They stayed overtime just to get my car done. Love them!!

Sent my 2019 jeep Cherokee there yesterday. We have had this vehicle for three weeks, we got it from carvana. Our jeep was fine on Friday, went to Walmart and picked my niece up for the weekend. Woke up Saturday to go see my mom at the nursing home and while on the highway it was swaying real bad and the traction light was on, it scared me so I got off the highway and slowly drove home. We called this place and the guy John was rude from the start. I told him what was going on and my husband stated in the background that it's something electrical and John stated I'm positive it's not. So against my better judgment I sent it there. Upon talking to John today he stated the vehicle has been wrecked, I said it didn't say that on the carfax and he said no this is recent, insinuating we had wrecked it. I insisted we have not that it was fine Friday and when we woke up it was like this and he said we wouldn't be able to drive it, I said I did and I noticed the swaying on the highway. When I say he was rude and argumentative about the fact we wrecked the jeep, it was ridiculous. So he filed a claim and now they aren't covering it because he insisted we wrecked it..mind you there is no body damage. So I'm getting a second opinion. Furthermore the car could have been previously wrecked and fixed enough so it could be sold. So needless to say I would not EVER take a vehicle to this place. John is rude and very unprofessional. And yes u were rude. You pretty much called me a liar insinuating I wrecked my vehicle. And now you made it ALMOST impossible to get my vehicle fixed through silver rock. Your a joke and obviously don't know how to look to see if it was previously wrecked. I've spoke with two other mechanics and there are signs to look for to see if it's recent

I am so thankful that I was referred to A & A... John and his staff have been fabulous! After going to another shop and being told I had a bad gasket head (basically needed my engine replaced), I called John and spent several minutes on the phone with him describing everything I had been told by the other shop. I felt very comfortable having Johns shop come and tow my van to their location. He and his staff thoroughly inspected my vehicle and found out that I did NOT have a bad gasket head and did not need a new engine. It would have been so easy for John to tell me I did need a new one but he didn't... He was honest and told me the truth!! I am a very happy customer that has a new radiator and a van that now runs perfectly! THANK YOU A & A Tire and Auto Service!

We called first thing in the morning asking of they could replace a starter. The man who answered (John?) was super super patient with me as I was not sure a few of the things about my husbands car. We had AAA tow our car here and the service was first class. He told us our car would be done that day and delivered on that promise. A & A Tire and Auto is A plus service as well as so accommodating! We were in town for a couple of days and my car had an emergency situation after we did a tour at The Indy Motor Speedway. We were recommended by an awesome employee at the speedway tour to go to A & A. After having the pleasure of dealing with John at A & A I see why we were recommended to go there and why the speedway employees services their own vehicles as well as their tour vans there! John went above & beyond to squeeze in servicing our vehicle in between working on other vehicles in that time. Thanks again, John. We are back on the road and confident thanks to your help! :)

John + Team are THE ONLY mechanics I trust in the greater Indianapolis area. I've been going to A&A for about 7 years now since I was a broke college kid - so their prices are VERY fair and affordable. I had a mechanic in Carmel just 1 month ago tell me my car needed a bunch of new work done after an oil change. I didn't trust them, so I took my car to A&A and John assured me my car was road-ready and good to go for my upcoming road trip to DC. Even though the commute to A&A is a bit longer from where I live in Carmel, it is SO worth it for the honest expertise and fair prices. I highly recommend this shop, they will not pull the wool over your eyes - ever.

Our daughters car had steering problems when she was moving out of college. She caught a ride partway home from a friend leaving her car. When we came back for graduation (4 hr drive) we had the car towed to A&A for service. They said they would try to get a look at it the next day. They were very proactive about keeping contact about the diagnostic progress. They could have easily bilked us for a bundle but the repair was fairly easy and the charge was very reasonable. Great experience and strongly recommended.

Very nasty prejudice mean old man. I can't reply to your comment and the age of my vehicle has nothing to do with anything especially when there's nothing wrong with my CRV. All I wanted was a fluid change, to keep up with the REQUIRED maintenance the vehicle called for., and YOU insinuated "a problem". I took it to HONDA and it passed ALL inspection, and their price was cheaper than what you quoted me. YOU charged me 100.00 to inspect my vehicle, and failed to mention that I needed ANY fluid change, and became nasty when I mentioned it. I will pay the few extra bucks to have the dealership service my vehicle.

I first want to say that I can't recommend this shop enough. I called on Monday and spoke to John and was quoted a diagnostic fee for a suspension issue. My car had been making a clunking noise when I hit bumps and I was scared as heck to drive it. I came in today, Wednesday 4/23 just for a diagnostic and walked out with a car I felt safe driving again. They test drove my car when I first got there, put her on a lift, drove her again, and came back and told me the issue. I was quoted a very reasonable price for repair, and they were done in no time. When they were done with the repair, John gave me a test ride to ensure the noise was gone and I was safe to drive. I was in and out of there within 2 hours. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough. Ask for John!!! THANK YOU!!!!
