Wonderful experience! Great people, experience, and pricing! Always feel like I’m with family when I take my car to them. They take care of you and treat your vehicle likes it’s their own. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend that you give them a try. It will surely be one of your best decisions!

They were very professional and told me I didn’t need a tuneup just better gas start going to BP or Shell and get mid grade not the 87 or cheapest gas I could find and my car would run better. So I just got an oil change and gas additive used better oil and now my car is running great no issues plus they told this older female the truth

My experience was less than tolerable and I will NEVER go back. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they have a finance option. I paid nearly $1100 to get a fuel pump and window regulator. I was quoted $500 less elsewhere after the fact. I got my car back in worse condition after waiting three weeks. It began to jerk and my RMP would get suck. My MPG was significantly impacted and my DTE continuously fluctuates. The lack of communication is appalling. You can’t leave a voicemail because it’s been full for at least a month (based on when I dropped my car off, it’s probably been longer). I had to literally show my face multiple times to get an update on my vehicle. There is no protection for your vehicle so if you get robbed that’s on you they do not take responsibility. My sister also took her car here to get fixed around the same time. They fixed the wrong thing she paid $300. When she came back they wanted her to pay an addition $200+ for what they were suppose to get fix originally. She got it fixed elsewhere for less than half of what they were asking. The quality of service is not a reflection of the price. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere. My family and I will never use their services again.

Haven't had AC in my car for 3 years. I had a leak somewhere in the tubing. The mechanic fixed it with a cool-looking sealant. Took an hour/half and almost 200$ to get fixed. Meh. Could've been cheaper. Nice people. Semi clean building. Overall, decent experience.

I was quoted over $900 to fix the brakes on my car at another repair shop, so I called around and Trinity Brothers was able to get me in quickly and fix my car up for much less. They even found that the last mechanic had quoted me for repairs that didn't even need to be done. I don't know a ton about cars, but I never felt belittled when they were explaining the process and required repairs to me like I have at many other shops. They were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable through the whole process. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here and recommending Trinity Brothers to others from now on!

Had a wonderful experience at Trinity Brothers. They got me in almost immediately on a Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They had it fixed and running great within a couple hours. When I picked it up, they talked me through everything and even showed me what they had fixed. Everyone was courteous throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Trinity Brothers has been my go to for sometime regarding any problems I have with my wife or daughters vehicles. They are trustworthy and competent. I am comfortable sending family there, knowing they will be treated fairly. In my latest visit, my wife’s AC wasn’t working, but despite them being very busy, Chris was able to work me in, diagnose, and repair the problem. And fairly priced. The Harris family appreciates Ted, Chris and all the gang at Trinity Brothers!

Dropped my car off by 8am as requested for alignment. No news until I called after 3pm for update and was told it's the next one up. Got a call later at about 5pm that car still wasn't up and not likely to be fixed, they never put out up on lift. Picked it up and went somewhere else more reliable. Poor customer service and little regard for their customer's time.

Terrible Experience. Dropped my car off due to an oil leak on a Monday and did not get a diagnosis call until Thursday which they stated the leak was due to a valve gasket and gave me the price and stated it would be completed by the next day. I called Friday evening after not hearing anything and call did not go through for whatever reason. Called again Saturday and was told it would be done Monday morning. The amount of time they take to complete anything is ridiculous for starters. Around 10am Monday they called to say it was completed and I picked up the vehicle close to closing time. By Thursday vehicle was leaking again but I wanted to keep an eye on it because I thought it could have been from AC being used. However leak continued so I dropped it off Monday morning and was then told my oil pan was wet and I asked why that wasn't found when my car was at the shop for a full week and was told “there is more leaks but we work on the bigger leak first” however when I picked up I confirmed what they told me(also what was on my invoice) was all that needed to be fixed and was told yes therefore I paid the amount due. After speaking to the owner Chris he stated the air intake tube is also wet with oil. He then told my dad that it was my turbo tube(that I don't believe I even have) and that I need to get a second opinion basically because they don’t know what they are doing. I will NEVER bring any vehicle of mine to Trinity Brothers or suggest anyone bring theirs. They are unprofessional- while speaking with my dad he was constantly called “bro.” They do not care about anyone’s time. They seem unknowledgeable. Do not recommend. Before any sassy response is left in rebuttal to my honest review…after admitting a wrong diagnosis they stated they would refund me “ but the valve gasket did still need to be replaced but that wasnt the main issue, the least I could do was pay for the parts which were 50 sum dollars.” But still was trying to keep $75 of the refund. That did not sit well with me because now I need to pay another shop to do what could not do. I ended up paying 67 for a diagnosis that was wrong. They were my second mechanic and the original mechanic confirmed the valve gasket had no issue when they checked the car. Basically my take away was Trinity Brothers just picked something to “fix” to get paid. If you want quality work and your time not wasted please find another shop🙏🏾

Brought my truck in with a small fuel leak after a buddy messed up the fuel filter and slightly stripped the line. I told them everything twice and even said it felt like a fuel pump or injector issue. They kept it for a week, claimed it was fixed. I turn the key, gas pours out. They fixed the filter and line, but ignored the fact that I said it stalled before that, so they blamed the timing belt, but my truck doesn’t have a timing belt, it’s a chain. That’s how I know they weren’t checking their work. They never listened, never inspected anything, just threw guesses and ignored facts. My mom sent it back they still didn’t bother. Just “timing belt” on repeat like clowns. Took it to Midas a block away. Fuel pump. Fixed. 48 hours. $770. Done. These people wasted a month of my life and left my truck messed up. Lazy, unskilled, and straight-up dangerous. Don’t walk, run. And if you already dropped your car off, go get it back before they kill it. -Attached is the receipt from Midas.-

I got a call from Trinity Brothers stating my car was vandalized while waiting to be serviced. My driver's and passenger front side windows were busted out. Leather seats were scratched, front window is cracked. Glass everywhere. They immediately informed me that they were not going to pay for damages done. They have a sign on their door. I was upset to learn they waited hours before they contacted me about the vandalism done to my car. They already contacted the police and filed a report before contacting their customers regarding the damages done to our vehicles. Yes! It was multiple cars that was vandalized. I asked them if my car has been repair, they told me no, they haven't gotten to my car yet. 😒 My car has been sitting there for days. Now my repair bill increased. Also, I learned Trinity Brothers had reported vandalism to vehicles left on their property just two weeks prior. So they are fully aware the cars left on their property are not safe. Customers has the right to know that their vehicles are at risk of theft and vandalism. I immediately called another repair shop and had my car towed to them. Unlike Trinity Brothers, the other repair shop took very good care of me and offered a discount for all repairs and waived my towing fee. My car was repaired and ready to go the next day. Before you leave your car at a repair shop make sure they have Garagekeepers Insurance. This covers damages, theft, and vandalism to your vehicle while left in their possession. If they don't have it... don't leave it.

Took my car in for brakes, rotors and belt replacement. Called to schedule the repair and was told to drop it off and the would get to it. I dropped it off Tuesday Night, the car was not moved until late Weds. afternoon after I called numerous times. I was give a quote for the repairs and I agreed to the service. I was called the next day to advise that they couldn’t get the lug nuts off of one of the tires but would do what they can. My father was a mechanic most of his life so I understood sometime that happens. After finally having the car for 3 days I picked it up only to be handed a bill that was more than $100 more than what I was quoted. At NO POINT did anyone advice me that the services would be more. (Like every other mechanic I’ve ever used). I was told the additional charge was because it took more work than expected to get the lug nuts off one of the tires. The billing stated did not list my original estimate (I guess they didn’t want proof of the jack ip in price). I am not a fan of businesses using “Christianity” as a marketing tool only to turn around and do some questionable invoicing. I had used their services when they were at their old location for my daughters car and I’ve even referred others to them. In 3 of the 4 people that went to them a similar price hustle occurred. I have no problem paying for services. Even ones that were already high before the gouging. I like to support local businesses. But not local businesses that have questionable practices. FUN update: the next morning I awoke to a completely flat tire and upon further inspection saw quite a bit of damage to my alloy rims. I had to pay $125 for a tow, $75 for a used replacement tire. And now must order a replacement rim at a cost of $267

I am so incredibly grateful for the team at Trinity Brothers. They truly saved me and my pup after my AC went out on the first day of a cross-country road trip. They were efficient, helpful and kind. They truly saved my trip and I am so glad that I stumbled upon them when I needed help. Highly recommend!

This space is so amazing! Not only are the mechanics trustworthy and talented, the staff is also kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and family-oriented. I love coming here! The environment is peaceful and there’s even a work station to get tasks done while your car is getting fixed! Definitely the best mechanic shop in Indianapolis, Indiana!!!
