Honestly some of the best service I’ve ever received. I usually dread going to auto servicing places simply out of my own ignorance and fear of getting ripped off, but Steve’s professionalism put me at ease. I came in for a quick oil change and some recalls and was out the door in <45 minutes. Keep up the great work!

I bought a used Subaru in 2020. I’ve always felt dealerships don’t like to deal with you if you didn’t buy your car there or don’t have a newer vehicle. I have a 2013. And the 1st time I brought it in….Falcone treated me like family! They speak when you come in, never really a wait. They prefer you make an appointment. Complimentary Longs donuts while you wait!!! Fancy!!! I’ve always had a great experience when I bring in my vehicle. Tony always takes care of me. And everyone there is friendly and attentive Knowledgeable as well!!! They don’t push services on you, or tell you that you need unnecessary work done. Yes blew my mind as well!!! I love, love, love my Subaru!!! I know it will not last forever, but I will buy from Falcone when the time comes. I know several people who have purchased there as well and all have had great experiences!!! They’re local and down to earth. I trust that my means of transportation is in safe hands!!!

I continue to be pleased with my experience at Falcone Subaru. I am usually a DIY service kind of guy but their prices and level of service make it not worth the hassle of doing regular maintenance myself. They never try and push stuff on me that isn’t needed and my Outback is always ready ahead of the scheduled time. Unless I’m given a compelling reason to do otherwise, I’ll continue to go to Falcone for all my service needs and will almost certainly purchase my next Subaru from them as well.

Steve has consistently over the last year and a half shown he and the whole Falcone team are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Through five wheel bearings on one corner they finally got the thing fixed, something I am so grateful for! Everybody who ever contacted me was friendly, succinct, and knowledgeable. Thanks guys.

Service department puts on a flashy show just to make promises they can’t keep. Had my car for a whole extra day just because someone forgot to call. We’re a one car family. Let’s see how long this repair lasts.

Was traveling through Indiana on a road trip, ran into some issues with our Subaru and luckily spotted this location whilst driving. Brought it in, Tony and the team there were able to assist, diagnose, and solve our issues the day-of in a matter of only a few hours. Extremely professional, polite, and understanding of our situation. I would recommend any person with a Subaru being theirs in here for any issues.

I was amazed at how friendly everyone was. They were so nice and made waiting for my car to be serviced a special day. And it didn’t even take my car as long as they estimated to get serviced. They were always checking to see if we needed anything. Tony was very nice and hospitable. I definitely will be taking my Subaru back there the next time it needs to be serviced!

Falconer’s customer service is exceptional! Better than the more well known VW dealership on the north side where everything is not all good. I came into Falcone recently, I’m need of a top off on my engine coolant. I didn’t have an appointment, and not only did the welcome me with smiles, they topped off my coolant and reset my low pressure tire lights at no charge. They always go above and beyond, and they stand by their promises and over deliver. Thank you all.

The way Tony talk to me as a customer the one who sits at the first desk was appalling I tried to contact him for almost two and a half months about my heat being stuck in my windows not defrosting left voicemails on his phone and service desk phone also at the service today Tony talk to me really bad he know he was wrong because I was trying to reach out and get my car fixed and he never respond now my heat only works at 4 mind you my heat been on constantly for 3 almost and to get it fixed it's $147 and I'll Tony keep saying to me where the car has 256000 what does that has to do with anything when my car is well taken care made me feel like I was treated this way cuz I am of color

Beware their current online pricing. Went today for an oil change ($84.30) and tire rotation ($20) which I scheduled online. I also had a “wild card coupon” which takes $20 off service $100-199.99. After service was completed I was told I owe $129.92 after a discount of $30 was applied due to the fact the online pricing is not correct. I’m told the pricing changed after switching the name to Speedway Subaru from Falcone. Not happy with service today due to staff not honoring online pricing. Pricing online should reflect what is going to be charged. Not likely to return.

Impressive. They seem to have it down to a science. And service writer Del Molden has a terrific bedside manner. He is very nice, very sharp, very professional and very efficient — he answered my questions before I could ask them.

Everything was fine until I tried to leave. Blocked in by other parked cars. Took a few minutes for someone to assist me. Five star service is making sure car settings (driver seat, radio) are returned to settings in place at the time car was submitted for service.

I had a fairly bad and very confusing experience at Speedway Subaru and wanted to share with potential customers. I bought a used car from them and would not do so again. I purchased a 2012 Outback from them in June 2025. Yes, that is an older car, and it was higher mileage, but for the ticket price (over $8,000) and from a reputable dealer, I expected that they had done their due-diligence and it would be in good shape. Less than a week after purchasing, my engine seized-up at a stop sign. The dash flashed a bunch of lights. This happened twice. My regular mechanic ran diagnostics and said, unfortunately, it was my torque converter and said I would need a new transmission. The cost of which would be more than I paid for this car. I took it into Speedway Subaru because my warranty did cover this type of repair. They kept it for a few hours and couldn't find any issue. The suggested it was maybe a fluke. Here's where my experience starts to get frustrating. The seizing happened again. I called and left a voicemail about it, to problem solve and schedule. 10 days pass and I don't hear back. I call again, they schedule me. I think its going to be fruitless as the problem is intermittent. But I take it in, regardless. I show up and the service center man starts apologizing about a previous experience with someone they fired; i have no idea what he's talking about. Turns out he has some other person's account pulled up. No big deal, but it plays out later. They have my car for 3 or 4 hours, I'm expecting they don't find a thing, but to my surprise, they do! They say its the torque converter. I told them, yes, my mechanic said the same thing. SCM starts working up some numbers and returns with an estimate: $3,300. I ask why it isn't converted by my Power-train warranty, he returns with the car's original warranty for the original owner. When I tell him I bought the car from them 3 weeks ago, he's utterly surprised. he returns and tells me it is covered, but they have to order the parts. They replace the torque converter, and I come to pick up my car. Someone else helps me, and asks me to swipe my card-for the $3,300. When I inform him this is supposed to be covered, he goes to find SCM. SCM asks if I have any questions, and then tried to charge me as well. I remind him that its covered by my warranty, he checks the computer and looks at me and says, "I don't see anything about a warranty". I push back and remind him that we discussed this, it is covered and that flusters him but seems to be enough. I leave. The back and forth about the warranty feels incredibly predatory; like they thought I would just cave and pay it (worth noting I am a single woman). Maybe its not malicious, and they are just incredibly disorganized. I should not be having a major and dangerous issue one week after buying this car. And I certainly shouldn't have to go back and forth with their service department, renegotiating every time I show up. I understand that they have a lot of customers, which is why businesses keep accounts of said customers... I don't know if they didn't do their due-diligence with the car, or they DID, and sold me a car with a major issue that they hoped wouldn't show up. Ultimately, they did fix the car and didn't charge me. Funnily (sadly) I think the only reason they 'discovered' the issue is because they thought I would be paying for this. I can't prove that, who knows. I will not buy from them again and recommend that if you get service done, to get EVERYTHING in writing. They might take care of you better if you're buying a new car, but this was a disappointing experience for their used inventory. I do not recommend Speedway Subaru.

They were very honest about helping. I have one of those car warranties. I bought the car from another place. When I called I told them about the warranty. They said bring it in. I know sometimes these warranty places can be a pain to deal with. So I had an idea that if we needed to call I would stay on the phone until the warranty place answered and then let them talk to the warranty. Fortunately the repair was not a big repair. But they were willing to work with me and we're honest. I will be returning in the future for service. Thank you
