Customer service is EXCELLENT. I had several quotes for maintenance that were triple the cost of what they charged me for some work on my ‘14 Jeep Jk. Made it very clear to me that they are honest and fair with pricing. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would! They do phenomenal work and have a very fair pricing. The rear diff in my jeep blew up because the prior owner installed aftermarket gearing incorrectly. Josh and Jeremiah were able to take apart, break down, diagnose the problem, order new (the correct parts) and installed them correctly. These guys kept me updated throughout the process, sending me pictures and letting me know what’s going on. I’ve been to a few other mechanics around the Indy area and was very dissatisfied with service, pricing, and overall lack of care for the customer. I will definitely be a returning customer. I truly can't say enough great things about AOP! After a tire snapped off my truck during rush hour traffic, I had it towed to the nearest Chevrolet dealership—but they were unhelpful and outrageously expensive. Frustrated, I began calling around for someone who actually knew what they were doing, and AOP was the only shop that stepped up with confidence and clarity. From the start, they were incredibly helpful—answering all my questions, walking me through every option, and even allowing me to add some extras at a very reasonable price. Their communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. On top of that, they handled our notoriously difficult warranty company on our behalf to help recover some of the cost. My truck looks and drives fantastic, the pricing was more than fair, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Ian and Teresa, who clearly run a well-organized and professional operation. Ben at the front desk is fantastic – he keeps communication flowing smoothly between customers and the mechanics, and his customer service is top-notch. Josh, the mechanic, is incredibly skilled and professional. We brought in our 20-year-old Tacoma for four-wheel drive issues, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. After bringing my car here, I can say for sure that I’ll be coming back for any future car needs I may have. Ben is an excellent communicator, and working with him has been a great experience. Everyone I talked to there was very kind and knowledgable, and their candor and honesty has been a breath of fresh air. I had originally gotten a host of issues diagnosed at other places, and Macklin Automotive ran their own diagnoses and found many of those “issues” to be nonexistent, going out of their way to save me money. They also readily took on the project of installing coilovers on my Honda Fit, which most places wouldn’t touch, and went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. It’s also a plus that the prices were very reasonable, and much less than what I was quoted elsewhere.

Glad I chose Macklin to do my Lift and Wheels installation. I went with a 6” BDS lift with FOX struts and FOX shocks on a set of 22x12” on 35’s for my 19 Silverado LTZ. They ran into some trouble when one of the struts wouldn’t line up to bolt in. They instantly got on the phone with BDS and got it figured out. They had to wait on the replacement part but once they got it, they squeezed my job in and got my truck back to me. Overall experience was great. Like I said I was glad I had Macklin do the work.

I did alot of research to find someone to trust with the lift on my truck and got quotes from 5 other shops. Ben and Josh make a great team from recommending products and explaining every option. They did what they said and dialed it in right. Ran into a snag with the struts and Ben and the Owner jumped into action and less than 3 hrs later it was resolved. No one will touch my trucks in the future but Macklin.
