Headed back to NC from iowa on a sunday, and the brakes give out. Noone was open except 1st stop. Very courteous gentleman explained it was his daughters bday and that he could get to it Monday. Very time I called he had an update to calm.my nerves. He was able to squirrel the part and get it installed and had me back going again Being an out of towner, its kinda hard to find a mechanic and trust. 1st stop auto is above expectations across the board. Anytime your Indianapolis, THIS is the guy to go to

SCAM ARTIST! BUTCHERED MY TRANSMISSION AND CAR, BROKE MULTIPLE PARTS INCLUDING ELECTRICAL, AND JUST "SLAPPED" MY CAR TOGETHER He continues to ignore my calls, and texts about my vehicle. I paid upfront and was told two days, and it's been over a month since I paid. He has my car on Jack's stands at a house he no longer lives at

Caused more damage than what he fixed. Didn't put transmission fluid back in, only half quart of the 3.5 required. Broke 2 more seals, all 4 o2 sensors I'm leaving my car undone and everything hanging out exposed to the elements for over a month, didn't even reassemble my clutch housing inside of my car just left all the bolts and coverings undone and unfastened. Didn't even finish the supposed job that he was supposed to do himself because he couldn't even get bolts taken off so we had to pay over $200 for another shop to fix it to get our car back and that's when we found out all the other problems that he had caused. Never once paid us back any of our money for attempted to fix anything. We are now out $1,000 with more damages to fix then we left him with the car with. Not only that he fixed at least two other cars in the process of us waiting on ours and not even being touched. Scam! Don't trust him!

Joshua was EXCELLENT! I called him to only replace my alternator. He came to my location, replaced the alternator (for a 2006 Lexus), and EVEN MORE, he jumped my battery, made sure that the car is up and running, and EVEN MORE, he took one of the tires off (FLAT) went to fill it with air, came back and put it on the car. He’s a great fixer!! Highly recommend!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! He has a horrible attitude, doesn’t fix things properly, and then tries to charge you more for mistakes he made! He “fixed” my radiator, which he overcharged me for and 2 days later my car blew up from the radiator that he didn’t properly install! DO NOT TRUST OR GO TO THIS FAKE MECHANIC!!!! Update: I STAND BY WHAT I SAID- A SCAM ARTIST! WHO has no clue what he is doing! If you did what you claim you were supposed to do, it would not have had excess air and exploded, which indicated to us that you DID NOT bleed the part like you claim you did! I’ve had the car a few months and since day ONE it’s had issues. The parts in the car aren’t even the right parts. You’ve taped pieces together, has the wrong size alternator in it, and a wiring problem. So you’ve rigged the car since the beginning. YOUR PRICES AREN'T THE ISSUE! YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON VEHICLES IS THE PROBLEM! And I WILL CONTINUE to warn people about your fraudulent business! When I tried to have a civil conversation with you, you were VERY unprofessional AND DID NOT OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES or ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! See you in court :)
