This family-owned business provides honest, trustworthy and fast service. We thought our Honda Accord was going to need a full transmission repair, but these guys were able to identify and fix the issue with same-day service at a fraction of the cost we anticipated. I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

My Truck has been sitting at Sincere Auto Care for almost a month. They were working with my Warranty company to get a new transmission. In the Last month I recieved one phone call saying the new transmission was on it's way. Today My Husband was told we owe $600 for labor! Never once was I told about this cost or asked if I wanted to continue. I called and spoke with Ron and the whole conference he spoke over me, got loud and would not allow me to talk. He is very unprofessional and Rude. He told me to take it up with my warranty company but I've never spoken to them. Sincere had called them and everything was discussed between them and the warranty company. I do not recommend coming here as there was no communication about my Truck and we had to call weekly to check up but was never told about a cost. They always made it sound like warranty covered everything.

My brakes failed and unfortunately I ended up bringing it to this place. They were very friendly n have been around for some time, plus I was referred. I was really at ease n had faith they would let me know what all was wrong with my truck n fix my brakes along with all my fluids to be topped off, brakes, tuneup, oil changes, a strut etc. They called later saying Id have to repair my entire breakline so my bill would be 4100 n some change but didnt say there was any other issues outside of what was on my original list. I was told by my referral not to pay it but I had faith theyd get my truck all the way right so it would be worth it, plus I didnt want to move it again. Long story short they finished after almost two weeks but the day I was to pick it up they said I needed a sway bar or it would damage my transmission, I told them id check it later because I needed my truck back, that was in January, by March I was broke down. I towed it to their shop n as soon as they open I was there calm, non accusatory because at that time the only thing I knew was that they left a cap under my hood. So in conclusion the guy I spoke to said he was the owner but behaved as a buffoon, he said I took 15 mins telling him what was wrong with my truck even tho when I got back in my truck it was 8:11 and half that time he was tending to other customers, he was very nasty to me saying also that "everyone esle drops off thier key n keeps it pushing" so eventually we argued because I couldnt beleive he handled me that way with rude banter. They still arent a bit concerned n he refused to check my truck saying it was because I wanted to watch from a square window outside the garage, hollaring at me saying it was unresonable so , in all I had a horrible experience here , I feel robbed and cheated n very disrespected. Come to find out the fact they didnt change my transmission fluild leaving me driving with low nasty old transmission fluild probably the reason my transmission has an issue, plus they claimed my sway bar would damage it but from my research n the owners father even admitted the sway bar doesnt cause trans to go out so yeah I recommend not trusting this shop , nor giving a dime of your valuable hard earned money seriously. BEWARE

My grandson's old car died on a Saturday night in a two-hour tow zone on the side of the highway in Indianapolis. We luckily got it towed, and one of the tow employees advised us to use Sincere Auto. What a lucky break! The car is 15 years old, so who knows what could be wrong with it? We had it towed to Sincere, and they diagnosed that it was repairable, and at an affordable price. Also since I told him it was my grandson's car, they gave it special care and found a couple of other things that needed attention on the car, and performed those repairs as well. Great people, great family-owned business! I would use them always if I lived in Indianapolis. They are an awesome outfit!

Had a small fender bender accident and the check engine light came on. Went to Sincere Auto Care to get it diagnosed. At first only old issues came up and they cleared them and all seemed fine for a couple of days. Check engine light came on again and they got me in the next morning. After completely looking over the engine a very small, but important part sounded bad and they replaced it. Problem solved for only $151.00 car runs great. Also changed oil, rotated the tires and checked out everything else for about $100. Will always go back here for trusted auto care. Getting bumper replaced for only $680 someplace else as Sincere Auto Care doesn't do body work. Thanks Sincere.

I will NEVER use this company again. I had my sister’s car towed here because it would not start. After having the car at their shop for three+ months and paying them $1100, they still couldn’t fix the car. They claimed something was wrong with the transmission, yet I don’t see anything on the paper about transmission repairs. Communication was horrible. They never kept us informed of what was going on with the car. We always had to call them. They charged us for a fuel pump, a new interstate battery, and labor. Why the hell are we paying for things when they didn’t fix anything!!! The owner was rude and obviously did not value his customers. Hindsight is always 20/20, and I wish I would have just taken it to a dealership to begin with. Since they didn’t fix it, and it costs us more money out of pocket because they had it so long, you would think they would have given back more than just $300. REALLY?!…. This place is a rip off. We will see you in small claims court! BUYER BEWARE!

Random occurrence with amazing results. My 2009 Honda Pilot was showing just about every light on the dash it could, and, at times, they were flickering with immense distress, prior to no acceleration response and eventually dying. I replaced the battery before getting to this point, and while that helped for a few days, the issue returned and in worse fashion. I was driving to connect with my wife and take the car in to the dealer and it died right in the Get Fit parking lot. Should I call a tow-truck, where should I go? I calmed down and remembered there was a mechanic in the same parking lot. I walked over and was greeted by Ronnie. I told him I thought it was the alternator, and he didn't disagree. He said get it here and we'll look at it tomorrow. I was instantly pleased with Sincere's "get it here, and we'll get to it ASAP", however, I didn't know what to expect or if I would face a fair price considering I couldn't take it elsewhere without towing it. I got a call the next morning and it was Ronnie. He said it was the alternator, he gave me a price, and said it would be done by the end of the day; the next day! The price was a good deal, nothing inside of me thought to haggle. The work was done and I was off and driving. While there, I asked that they drive it to make sure all was well with the alternator, and maybe give me a consultation on the suspension. They did so and I was able to talk with Ron this time. He gave me two quotes, the full fix and a minor one. I took him up on the minor one and my goodness is there a tremendous difference. So now all is well, until, something else showed signs like my original problem, but it wasn't that. The air intake tube had a break in it. This part had been simply slid into place for years with no clamps. They took me straight back in, and the next day, another fair price, and the work was done. Seriously, if you're in a bind, Sincere Auto Care is a savior! They'll work on any car make from 1997 forward, with the one exception that it not be a European car. I think we all know those cars have their "niche" requirements. So if you're driving anything else, need a mechanic you can trust, and you're willing to leave it with them, this is the place. No appointments! They move through 50 cars a week, easy! All-in, I spent around $1500 in three visits: two must-fix, and one voluntary decision because they earned my trust. This doesn't include the cost of the battery, which wasn't damaged despite the relationship between it and the alternator:) Need I say more. An Irvington/Warren family business doing right by you!

Attention everyone!!!!! we have been going here for many many years. My dad has always been in great, standing with the owner ! Never had any trouble with our vehicles they always fixed in a short time and with perfection. It saddens me to say that we trusted his son thinking that we would get the same respect and outcome as always before but this time my dad took his car and an had dropped off. We paid over $500 for services we got our car home to find it smoking after filling it back up with gas so I called and had the car dropped back off. if they ran it an tested it Within 15min they would of seen so I gave it a week when he never called. I finally got a hold of somebody and told them we were trying to come get the car. AAA got there and there was no car now!!. Remind you when I talk to the man he said OK thanks for letting me know they're coming! they went behind my dad's back. Without signing any paperwork or having any approval and junked, his car did not offer him the junk money even. but that's besides the point. the point is how are you allowed to junk somebody's car that you were supposed to be working on how can you do this to your father's customers you took his business over and this is how you treat his customers this is not fair. My father is elderly, and that was the only car he had and this man just took it out from him! he has no regard or care in the world to how this affected my family. He did not call. He did not ask for permission he did not have anything signed. He just took the car and disposed of it that is not fair, nor how you treat your customers for many years. Please be aware what happens to the returning customers let alone the elderly when they intrust that their vehicle will be safe!!!!

Good to be able to support a family opened business we that is trustworthy. I'd rather take my vehicle's here than the dealership because the work is better and the customer service is better. Also you don't have to wait weeks to get your vehicle back. Highly recommend. Fair and honest pricing

I gotta give a 3 for now. I got my car back and had to take it back a week later. Now, Im not saying the problem wasn't fixed, but it sure came back. Ill just have to see when I get the car back. Ron..you have amazing customer service skills, and you made it easy to not be pissed, even though I still am. Just trying to be patient. Definitely not buying foreign again.

Update to 5 stars because they found the missing part and the owner was extremely nice about it Update to 2 stars…they said they “found one”. I haven’t seen it yet. Took my car and asked them to go through it for me so my grandson can be safe. They did not. After replacing the ignition coil, they sent me home with assuming a leaking power steering pump and they kept the cover/sheild off my engine. They “can’t find it”

I just moved back to the area and remembered this great family owned shop. My 2004 CRV needed a new AC compressor the week of the terrible heat we had. Ron and Ronnie got it in and fixed within a few days for a reasonable price. Glad this shop is still here and onto the third generation! EDIT: came back for a knock sensor and o2 sensor a couple weeks ago and they crushed it! Affordable too!

A great Father Son operation. I will recommend family friends or strangers if you have vehicle issues to take them to sincere Auto Care.
