I'm happy that I discovered this place through the AAA app. Since my dad passed away, I've had some unpleasant encounters with mechanics. However, Kenny made this whole process incredibly simple and the prices are fair. The customer service here is top-notch. Wonderful service and fair pricing! I had a transmission leak I needed new struts and almost due for oil change. I called them Friday morning and by the grace of God they were able to get me in! I dropped off my van at 10:30 AM and they had everything completed by 5 PM Friday. They did let me know that I needed rear brakes replaced, which I was aware of. They did it at a more than fair price for everything. As a woman, I feel extremely comfortable bringing my vehicle here. It’s a father and son owned shop and their customer service was personable, prompt, and friendly. I’ve found my mechanic for all of our vehicle needs! I’m relieved to have my vehicle back in working order and happy I was able to support a locally owned family operated business. Thanks so much you guys, I truly appreciate it!

I have a 30 year old truck and at that age, replacement parts aren't available. My Odometer quit working so I found an Odometer gear to replace the bad one. I took it in to Discount Auto not knowing if he had someone to install it. They installed it. Then my Dashboard cluster went bad cuz of something I did. I had to go on ebay and try to find one. I got what I thought was the same cluster but it turned out it wasn't. But. Discount Auto was able to replace a wiring harness from the cluster I bought in to the bad cluster on my truck AND it worked. There's not many mechanics that would actually FIX a problem but Discount Auto fixes problems. The Ford dealer was a useless waste of time AND money. I'd bet there's not a mechanic in Indianapolis that could've fixed my problem. I found, if I get them the part, they can install it. Don't imagine they have the time to look for parts on line but they Damn well know how to make them work. OH. And the price may seem a bit high because of the complicated work they do.....but if your next action is to buy another car.....Discount Auto Repair is a lot lower priced. Thanks. I can’t recommend this place enough! I live about 30 minutes away from the shop, but I’ll be using them for all of my future auto service needs. I’ve only been here twice but each time has been great. Adam and his dad have treated me with respect and great customer service. Each visit came with plenty of opportunities to upsell or oversell, and they did none of those games. They took care of exactly what was needed, gave me information on why they felt the part or service needed done, and their pricing was always fair. They’ve been super communicative and fairly quick with their servicing. Great job!

Dont take your vehicle here if you are black they will over charge you and trash your vehicle like they did me...wasted brake fluid all over my cadillac armrest and wasn't gonna clean it up after the spilled it all in my truck.. Not to mention they charged me 781 dollar for a break and rotorjob and I brought my own breaks and rotors to them they ordered over priced caliber to push my shop tag with labor to 781.... Which he wanted in cash or they wanted to charge me 800 a 20$ more fee on top of all this if you take you car there and you are black you will regret it....But all the Caucasian people have been done right tho In black history month too smh BEWARE........
