I was a regular with the oil changes but every time I went for something else they were making problems to keep me coming back busted my lug nuts put my pads and rotors on. One side of the front brakes was squeaking rotor wore out he said it's because I bought my brake pads but just the side they broke the lugs is where the problem is never going back again

This is my second time coming for service to my Kia Soul, and I am very happy with the services the team provided - kind, helpful, efficient, and thorough. The oil change and diagnostics to my car were completed in about 30 minutes, at a great price. I had to bring my toddler with me, and there is a small waiting area with chairs and a TV.

Suspension work. I bought parts for my vehicle and was taken care of. They also addressed additional service that my vehicle may need in that criteria, and Juan and his team looked out for me. I would implement on going to them if you are in need for repairs. Hopefully they would grow for people who rather purchase their own parts. P.S. get an alignment machine and do well it. Really great guys to deal with. My daughter was in a slight fender bender and it caused the heat and a/c to stop working so I called A&Z on NYE to see if 1)they do electrical and 2) they were open on NYE and the answer was Yes to both. Got the vehicle in, found some more problems with the electrical than just the blower motor but were able to get us back on the road in a very reasonable timeframe and without breaking the bank. Will definitely be using these guys the next time we have any auto issues. A+++++

I was in Indianapolis for a medical appointment 1.5 hours from home when my brakes failed. I googled a repair shop closest to my location and A&Z Auto popped up. I managed to get my car to the shop and explained my situation to Juan which included the necessity of my return home as soon as possible. Jaun was very gracious and accommodating and, despite being booked with appointments and, more importantly, not trying to sell me unneeded work or parts, squeezed me in and had my brakes repaired the next day. Ali and Juan are beyond fantastic. They displayed great patience and took the time to really find my issue and fix them properly. Their prices are BEYOND reasonable especially for the simple things. Very timely and very professional I highly recommend for services, youll never find this level of professionalism. Very detailed when they treated my vehicle and I will 100% surely be back. No need to waist my money anywhere else these guys are officially THE GUYS. They're representing a business that doesn't simply seek profit but to actually provide service and FIX the issue vs patch it up until you get back. Again HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
