On of the worest shop in this area .we came to the PM service in the afternoon mechanic SANDHU started working on the truck they could not do it a day even . after the day they even did not start till afternoon chaeated us working on ur truck but they were not even at the shop . they even could not do PM service

I've been working with this shop for quite a while now, and they’ve consistently provided top-notch service. The team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Recently, they replaced my radiator and put on two new steer tires, all at a very reasonable price. The work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Jordan, in particular, stands out—he's professional, communicative, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. A Truly Exceptional Experience Honest, Affordable, and Reliable I was dealing with a serious issue my truck was leaking oil into the spindle, and I didn’t know what was wrong or what needed to be done. I reached out to several shops, but all I got were opinions and no clear answers. The previous mechanic had shaved down the spindle, which caused the hub to leak oil onto the brake. It was devastating, especially on a Saturday morning while I was waiting on a load. Out of frustration, I searched “semi-truck mechanic” online and came across Big Rig Trailer Parts & Service in Indiana, which advertised itself as a reliable mechanic. I decided to call — and that’s where everything changed. As soon as I called, a gentleman picked up and told me to come straight to the shop. No hesitation. When I arrived, he greeted me warmly and professionally. I’ve never experienced customer service like that before genuine, honest, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and told me they’d get to my truck soon, even though it might take a little while. He assigned a mechanic, and while I went to grab food, he called me back when they were ready. The mechanic inspected the truck and said they’d do their best to fix it and they did. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the cost was shockingly low: under $300. In most places, I’ve been charged well over $1,000 for similar work. Not only was the repair affordable, but everyone there was kind, helpful, and professional. I even got to know some of the staff, and it felt more like a community than a shop.

Big Rig Truck Repair – Highly Recommended! Very good mechanic and very fair prices! Honestly, if you’re looking to throw your money away on absolutely nothing, then by all means, go here. But if you actually value your hard-earned cash, stay far away. I took my truck in for a simple coolant hose repair, and they sounded so nice and helpful while taking my payment. Fast forward just 30 miles down the road, and my truck completely died on me. It’s clear they are just liars and thieves putting on a friendly front while doing bottom-tier work. They didn't fix a thing they just took my money and left me stranded. Do not go here unless you want to get scammed.

I highly recommend these guys. It’s a family run business and all what they showed me was courteousness and respect from the time they showed up. I had a brake chamber break and it was leaking air. They came out and caged it as my company didn’t want it repaired at the customers yard. They got on it right away and took care of me. They went above and beyond then they had to.

Alex was one of the nicest guys I ever met not only did he come to help me in the snow but when I found out my truck was towed he actually went above and beyond and assisted me on putting diesel in my trailer but also getting my truck out of the tow. I don’t think anyone else would’ve did the extra in this situation. I highly recommend big rig these are good honest people.

The road service technician who arrived was completely unhelpful. They seemed to lack the necessary skills to diagnose or fix the problem with my vehicle. Instead of working on the issue, they spent a lot of time just looking around and didn't attempt any meaningful repairs. It was frustrating to wait for someone who ultimately couldn't get the job done. I would not recommend this service if you need actual repairs.
