My daughter brought her car in, not having any idea what the issue was. Meineke checked it out and gave her a report. They also said they could not fix this specific issue and it had to be taken to the dealership. They did not charge her for the diagnostic or try to up sell or come up with BS issues she had to fix asap. Super impressed with their service and honesty. Overall I was completely unsatisfied with my car service on 11/30/24. The only reason why I am giving at least 2 stars is because the manager Rajiv stayed 2.5 hours after closing to fix the damage that his staff made to my vehicle. I appreciate him staying until the job was fully done effectively. I recommend more training and support to the staff as no vehicle should leave the shop “repaired” yet making noises with parts hanging and scratching the surface of the ground. Thanks again to Rajiv, but please do provide more training and personally check every vehicle to ensure that it has been repaired properly.★★☆☆☆ a month ago
