If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have visited this location several times before and will never return. I went for my brakes and ended up waiting for over 7 hrs with no food and horrible communication. The mechanic put the wrong parts on my vehicle twice! The customer service representative stated that she was the manager but she absolutely did NOT act like one. Several customers would come in and be left waiting without any communication because she was too busy clowning around with the mechanics. The District Manager came on-site to talk with the mechanic who was messing up on my brakes but left without speaking with me. The only reason that I knew something was wrong with my vehicle is because another customer overheard the mechanics speaking about it and brought it to my attention. Upon inquiring about this mistake, all I got was an "I'm sorry and we'll give you a free oil change". The work on my car was for almost $2k, the wait and unprofessionalism, as well as the multiple mistakes when working on my vehicle was valued at $50 plus an oil change! I would never recommend Meineke ever again!

Would have been a 5 star but they kept calling me the wrong name. Also they were to do a wheel rotation and forgot. I had the bring the car back to them and when I brought it to their attention, no apology and it took an additional 2 hours to complete and I never got the call it was completed, I had to call them, so i missed out on work. That was the whole idea of making a appointment at 8am and didn't finish until 9:30am for just the oil change alone. Debating if I would go back

I am currently in the process of re doing a job that a friend of mine paid $1600 for this shop to do, being a ASE Technician myself the quality of work this shop puts out is inexcusable. Attached are photos of the work that my buddy paid for, they completed the work and sent it back to him with 3 missing exhaust manifold bolts and tried to say it was his fault for “bringing them bad parts” the parts have nothing to do with this problem they snapped the manifold bolts in the head and shipped it out and are refusing to give any money back. DO BETTER

Although I appreciate their time and energy spent diagnosing the problem I had with my car. They charged me a little over $100, just to tell me, I need to take it to my dealership to get it looked at.

If I could give negative stars I would. I thought the Meineke on west Washington street was an honest business. I took my car in to have the brakes looked at, no issues, just checking. Manager says pads and rotors need replaced and the cost will be $1200. I said I would think about it. Went to get another estimate, mechanic showed me the pads and rotors looked new and to check them again after next winter!! C’mon Meineke. You don’t have to be dishonest to make a living. That’s what’s wrong with everything right now. Everyone wants to stick it to the next guy. From now on my business goes to Ralph’s Muffler.

The best mechanic experience I've ever had: efficient, clear, solid and cheap on top of everything. Plus excellent customer service

This was the only shop that could get me in when I was stranded at the airport and I appreciate all the workers getting me right in and taking care of my vehicle so I could get back on the road and back home They communicated with me very well they did everything so professional, and so nice. Definitely will be back if I’m ever in the area again! It makes me wanna go to the Meineke in my hometown

They got a mess from another shop, I was advised to take van to this shop which I did. The day I took it in the guys went over it and they said they could fix it but it may take 2 to 3 days. So we picked a time and day and I took in on that day. I went home and 5 hours they called me and said come get the Van it was all fixed and it was.

This was my first time working with meineke and will probably be my last. I needed four tire replacements and a wheel alignment. They cancelled on me twice (as soon as my appointment started btw) because my tires weren’t delivered. Which was annoying but I understood. When they finally worked on my car I was left waiting in the waiting area for almost four hours. And I wasn’t the only person waiting that long. I received little to none communication about the status of my car. I was late to work and everything. Not to mention the service I paid for was overpriced. Definitely a horrible experience. This location needs to do better.

When I am told that I may be denied an oil change in the future because I don’t get the car repairs at Meneike that they recommend, I ask myself what kind of customer service it that. That is discriminatory and lost definitely makes me not want to come back though I’ve gone to Meineke for over 20 years and have gotten repairs on other cars there. This is the biggest downer I have ever experience mad at a car shop.

Told them I'd been driving with no brake pressure for 3 days, self diag. was master cylinder (reservoir was full) Their diag. was a leak had to drop fuel tank N run new lines. That wasn't it. Then when replacing master cylinder, mechanic busted the brake booster. 12 days and $3,000 later my 2015 freightliner sprinter was in worse condition and I had to take to Mercedes-Benz. They had to do $9,000 in repairs to fix Meineke's mistakes. Claimed Meineke zip tied new lines, and did NOT drop fuel tank. I informed GM who claimed he would have his district manager reach out to me. It has been nearly 3 months and I haven't heard a peep. Over 300% price markup for parts, labor was higher than avg compared to similar businesses in the area. Unethical business practices, dishonest scam artists refusing to be accountable or show even an ounce of respect.

I went there to get exhaust leaks fixed and catalytic converter replaced instead I left with bad welds and they added more leaks they tried to cover up bad welds with Jb weld on a exhaust instead of welding the pipes completely then told me the leaks I seen and felt was oil burning lol. so now I get even more exhaust fumes in the cab.they tried to charge me almost 900 dollars for that mess. On top of that pretty sure that's the wrong converter

These guys are the mechanics to stay away from they can't be trusted. Claimed that my battery was causing my car not to start so I paid $545 for a new battery to be installed and as soon as I leave the shop the car cuts off not even 5 mins away from the shop and check engine light instantly pops back on. I take it right back and they proceed to show me it was an oil leak causing the problem. Front desk said "I sent in an email showing an oil leak" which he did, but face to face told me the battery was the only issue before paying then after paying for the battery all of a sudden the oil leak was the problem. I would not recommend this place!

I had to come back and redo my review due to the fact that I took my GMC envoy 2005 toy. I talked to one person and then my fiancé talked to another person and add a result we was given an estimate of $920 now my truck gets there and they put it on diagnostic and what not remind you. We are about the parts so all they had to do was put a gasket cover in place. Some of my engine was already taken apart and in the back of the truck right along with the parts I went to go pick up my truck today and my fiancé looked under the hood now they didn’t use none of the parts I got except for the covers for the screws and left the gasket cover inside the back of the truck and then we just paid $1400 and didn’t put all the parts back on the truck now I gotta take it back tomorrow morning

Charged me $110 for a diagnosis. After 2.5 hours, they quoted me $3000 for an exhaust repair. I took it to another shop and they repaired it for $150 total. They had the car diagnosed and repaired in 40 minutes. Yay Ralph's muffler and brake. Update: I did approve the diagnosis, I just don't think you did one. You said there wasn't anything to weld to and the only way to repair it was going to cost me $3000. I asked and there were no other options. Apparently there was at least one.

Came in for an oils change and after opening the hood found that a previous repair done just a week prior was not done right . They were patient , answered questions and helped with towing to the shop that had done previous work . Good group of people here .

I liked the mechanics I talked to. I felt they were honest and knowledgeable. I particularly liked the mechanic that replaced my alternator, Jalen. I found him not only extremely knowledgeable but also relatable and honest. He kept me informed and seemed genuinely interested in doing a great job and making sure I was informed and went above and beyond by checking things and testing post-repair that no issues remained. I left with confidence and would take my vehicle back to Meineke and in particular would trust Jalen for any future repairs I might need for my car.
