KDC has cost my business thousands of extra dollars with their lack luster truck repair work. They may be able to fix any trailer issues you have, but their truck repair is TERRIBLE. They will work around the real issue so you come back multiple times, and what they do repair will be done incorrectly and half assed. I have went elsewhere for my repairs for the last year, and I am STILL fixing all the "repairs" they did on my truck. If you have a trailer issue they may be ok, but DONT go to KDC for your truck repairs, you may as well toss your hard earned money out the window..

These guys are awesome. I purchased two trucks from an online auction that were located in Indianapolis. They both had some issues that had to be taken care so they could be transported. They were able to get both trucks running in record time and at a very reasonable price. In addition to this I had to send them back over to torch off a bumper so we could properly load the truck. Upon asking how much I owed them for the bumper removal I was told not to worry about it that they appreciated the business. Definitely stand up people. Will do business again if I am ever in the area.

This company went above and beyond to get us back on the road! Traveling from California to Ontario Canada when we had a tire failure that required body work to get us moving again. The man in the pink sweatshirt (Elliot) went out of his way to get us fixed up and back on the road ASAP. Great company, so glad we found them. Highly recommend.

We have used KDC the last four years for our annual DOT trailer inspection. They have always been responsive and quick to schedule service, but I feel I was overcharged on our last service. I am leaving one star only for the customer service I received from their trailer billing department. I could not get them to explain how they can charge us for three hours labor when they were here for less than an hour. They told me there is a two hour labor minimum for DOT inspection, but they could not reasonably explain to me why replacing the Break-Away Kit involved charging us for an extra hour in labor, even though it took him about 10 minutes to replace. We are less than a half hour commute from their shop, so there is no way to justify a three hour charge if they were here for less than an hour. When explaining this, I was just told they weren't going to punish the mechanic for being good at his job and that they should of charged me even more per hour as we are just a miscellaneous customer. I wish I received better customer service on this matter.

I had a hole in both of my corner caps on my box truck, I googled this people on the internet and called, I spoke with this dude name Bo, he told me to pull up since I was 7 miles away, not only did they do a good job fixing my problem but they even drove me to the ATM to get some cash . They was cool and got straight to work fast. They got me in and out within 2/3 hours. Damn I wish they was in Houston lol where I stay at because I would literally go to them for everything. But I really appreciate their hospitality and hard work. I highly recommend you go them if you are having any truck problems.

Went there for regular maintenance and oil change and the truck is leaking oil from the engine bay , do yourself a favor and avoid this place by all means even if they offered free service .. they CAN'T CHANGE OIL PROPERLY ... Reported this incidence to enterprise corp.
