Beck was recommended to me by a friend several years ago. They have always given me EXCELLANT service. I've had problems with the shocks on the front end of my car for years. Within 6 months they start popping. Beck has replaced those 2 or three times at no cost to me! If you have to leave your car they offer to take you home/work...wherever you need to go, or will give you a courtesy vehicle if your insurance covers you driving their vehicle. They will pick you up when your vehicle is done (from a reasonable distance). The staff has always been pleasant and enjoy talking with them. I hope they're in business for a long time because nowadays I don't know who else I can trust with my investment. Thanks to Ray, Ben, Cody, Bill the people who have gone and all the new ones I've not met. And a REAL BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE SPECIALISTS AND TECHS WORKING IN THE GARAGE! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I am in the business of talking to a lot of people for the first time: customers, vendors, service technicians, customer service reps, etc. When I called Beck Service Center to book my car in, I was very impressed. I spoke with at least 3 different people in the course of the transaction, and always came away feeling like my vehicle was in good hands. They were able to speak "customer" but also obviously knew what they were doing. I got a 30-point check up, oil change, and diagnosis/repair of a transmission shudder. Oh, and a new set of tires. They were very straightforward about the costs and often ready with price options. The price options thing is big for me. Instead of just selling me on the priciest choice, they understand not everyone is made of money, or that sometimes you just want a "good enough" repair. The car runs like a top and I'm very happy with the results. And I love dealing with people who inspire confidence. I'm willing to pay for the privilege of being treated right - because that kind of expertise and professionalism doesn't come for free. Highly recommend.

Perfect service experience. I Am a Toyota master Technician and an Ase Master Technician. I needed an exhaust put on my Vintage Car and I don’t have the Equiptment to do the job so I took it to Beck because one of my friends told me Beck was the best at it. When I Got there I was greeted, they took my car and invited me in the shop to go over what I was wanting, we scheduled a time 2 weeks in the future and when I came back 2 weeks later they where ready, took my car back and performed the work. Invited me back in to inspect the work done and charged me exactly what was agreed to with no crazy add one. Stellar workman ship. I expected my new exhaust to look like a professional install and it did!

My car had started overheating when idling, but other places had told me it was okay- no engine lights were on and i felt dismissed by other places. The mechanics at Beck’s were able to see me the day I brought my car in, took the time to diagnose the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and had my car ready the same evening. I felt listened to and like the staff truly wanted my car to be safe for my passengers and I. The staff even sent me a thank you card for my service- but I want to give them my thanks tenfold for the experience I had. I’ll definitely use them for any other vehicle needs.

I had a very noisy exhaust, and the folks at Beck got my a car in right away, replaced my broken exhaust flex-pipe, and had me back on the road in about 2 hours, my exhaust as quiet now as it was new - all for a very fair price. (This after getting an estimate at a 'national' chain up the road for 3 times the amount, with all sorts of added nonsense.) Big thanks to the team at Beck, thanks for the great service! I can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Beck Service Center for any auto repair needs. I’ve taken my car to several different shops around Indy, and the quality of work and level of service simply don’t compare to Beck. The entire team is knowledgeable, honest, and professional, and their customer service is truly outstanding. Whenever I drop my car off before work, they always ask if I need a ride — a small gesture that speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. In the past, other shops struggled to accurately diagnose or properly fix issues with my car, but I’ve never experienced that at Beck. They consistently get it right the first time. He told me what was more important to replace for the safety and that some other things I shouldn’t need to since I’m going to be buying a new car in maybe 6 months or so.
