Wouldn't go back here if it was the only available mechanic shop within 50 miles!! I read the reviews prior to taking my car here. I'm not seeing how people said friendly staff. Both the lady at the front desk and the technician were INSANELY rude. I know a very good amount of things when it comes to cars. When asking the technician questions, he stumbled to point out the issues as if he was making them up. When paying, I noticed that the description section mentioned 'missing parts' that I was told about. I was not. I told them I'll pay for the work, but that I didn't feel comfortable signing that form. She then refused to release my car. The dealership that has my car now, mentioned that there are multiple signs of recent mechanical abuse, including the motor. The parts I puchased for them fix the original issue weren't on the car, rather the same older parts. I have multiple family and friends that have gone to this shop. (Over 10). Between my experience, and 2 of theirs in the same week, they just lost a LOT of buisness. Just sorry I went there in the beginning.

I would recommend anyone to them they save me over $200 on parts and labor I truly appreciate y’all it’s still some standup people out here. This was my first time dropping my car off at Bandy’s, and it will definitely be a return customer for any future problems that I am unable to address myself. I was very impressed by their communication; they called me multiple times to share their findings and to ask which services I would like them to subsequently perform on my vehicle. I was only surprised with how quickly they were able to complete the work!

90% of my accumulated car issues solved in what, two hours? Now it doesn't squeak nor rumble while driving, starts fine, brakes way better, and the engine service light is off. The place has an honest feel about it, somehow. The staff was friendly and informative as mentioned in other posts. I asked them to try and sort the itemized list by importance for the functionality of the vehicle due to availability of my free time. It now feels new and I only have the timing belt cover and fuel line left to fix. I only went there because the Google reviews were positive. I am happy with the pick, and would encourage others to give positive reviews if they are happy with the service as well.

Had an issue with a front wheel hub and some dash lights, they did a repair to the rear hub assured me the front was fine, told me the lights were due to air bag sensor even though my manual states the lights are due to stability control system, spent almost four hundred dollars on a repair I'm not sure I even needed, I still have the issues I went in over and have some random cable hanging under my vehicle now. Never had an issue in the past but definitely not impressed at all with my last visit.

They had it all of 24 hours, fixed it and I picked it up and I’ve had no problems! I’m so grateful for them and the work they do. They will continue to get my business.

Several reasons. 1st off, it is a family owned business. As a small business owner I appreciate that. That being said JP and his associates did an outstanding job on the conversion of stock exhaust into a dual exhaust system, on my Ram 2500. They took their time made sure the tips and pipes were level and looking their finest. I appreciate the extra mile that they took taking care of all the welds that were done, grinding and painting. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, and attention to detail! Thanks , I will reccomend Bandy's

I recently found myself in a jam when my vehicle broke down. I called this shop and they helped me out quickly. Jp was very helpful. He got the tow driver Devin out to me in a hurry. Devin was knowledgeable and helpful and eent above and beyond what I ever could have expected. Definitely recommend 👌
