They are horrible. I took my SUV to them to do a few services on my truck and didn't do it at all. They did other work, charge me $2300. I took it back to get the stuff that I asked to get fixed. They had my truck for a week. When I got my truck back. I could not close my hood. They broke the spring on my hood. DO NOT GO TO MIDAS and the manager Nate is unprofessional and all they want is money while they mess up your vehicle

I started coming to the Midas on South East Street about 5 years ago when the Honda service shops started to blow me off and give bad customer service. I have never regretted that choice. I get top notch service here from every store manager this location has had. They are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and informative as well as each one has had a good sense of humor. They’re really good with Senior citizens. They use text messages and old fashioned phone calls to update you on what they find and when your car is ready for pickup. They have always helped me prioritize which repairs are urgent. Skilled car technicians on the shop floor that have impressed me. I always recommend them when asked about where to take older model cars. There’s even a phone charging battery station😄

I had my catalytic converter stolen and O2 sensors ripped off my CRV. I contacted midas and they were able to schedule me the next day, I dropped my car off at noon. By 3:30 the work was done and the car was running beautifully. Very helpful and polite through the entire process. I highly recommend visiting these guy.
