I brought my vehicle in for a repair that was never properly diagnosed or fixed, despite assurances that the issue had been resolved. What I received instead was a combination of poor workmanship, inadequate technical knowledge, and unprofessional conduct. Communication was disorganized and dismissive, timelines were not honored, and it became evident that the staff lacked the expertise required to competently handle even straightforward automotive issues. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to another repair shop, where the problem was correctly identified and resolved—confirming that the original work here was ineffective. An auto repair business should provide accuracy, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this shop demonstrated none of those qualities.
