What scam don't use these people told what the problem was air line to my trl guy showed up in a pickup truck no lites or anything they charge me 240 bucks to show up and then tried to say 800 bucks to repair then they wanted 600 for a 20 buck fitting called a repair service in Anderson IN actual repair job was 235 bucks will be reporting to indiana better business in am for predator action sorry mistakes calling this place

DO NOT use this vendor. They have no clue about appropriate labor rates. They take advantage of anyone needing on-site repair, and they can't justify their pricing. Good luck getting a proper invoice and/or receipt, too.

Those guys are absolute trash! They are going to charge not per our, but per “job” without even telling you what they are going to do on the truck. “ You have electrical problem - will cost you 1000$ “ without telling you what will be done on the truck. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend them at all. Not to mention that if you don’t speak Spanish, no way of communication

I called at 8:30 and had good customer service and was told the mechanic would be there in approx 30 minutes and he would give us a call when he was 10 minutes out. I was busy and missed the call. I called back 15 minutes later and he said since I didn't answer he took another job and it was gonna be 10AM. Who does this on a "heads up" call?? I called back at 10AM and he would not answer. I called the office and she said they did not take other jobs because someone didn't answer the phone. She said she'd call him and call me right back. I had to call twice and text to get the office back on the phone . She said the mechanic wanted to cancel the call. So my guy sat for an hour and a half in 30 degree temps with no heat and they didn't care. I tried calling the mechanic to see what was going on and surprise, surprise, he didn't answer the call. How unprofessional can you be. Now I have to watch our credit card because they have all the info and if they are that unprofessional who knows what they'll do next. I am not sure the positive reviews are true after reading all the bad ones.

DO NOT use Flores diesel mechanic Indianapolis Indiana I had a similar situation from other reviews I just had them come out for diagnostic they charged me $300 to come out and figure out the problem with Luis Flores.did but then when he tried charging me almost $2,000 for a $700 job and I told him I was gonna do it myself he got mad and said I shouldn’t have told you what the problem was. which that’s what I had him come out for to figure out the problem a diagnostic and I told him that’s what I paid for so you can find the problem and I feel like it’s to much what you are charging me he hung up on me very unprofessional now they are trying to justify his actions and saying that I got the service I asked for I did but when I said I was gonna fix the problem myself the guy luis got crazy on the phone bad business trying to take advantage of people broken down.

I called them to start my truck after I ran out of fuel and told them the reason that you need to remove air from the screen, they said that the price would be 300 dollars, I agreed and transferred, after 1 hour the master came and said he had no starting fluid and he should buy it, after he will come and bring him to me and asked me to call his dispatcher. I called the dispatcher and he said that I should pay another 400 to get it. I agreed and transferred 200. After 15 minutes the dispatcher called me and told me that the mechanic could not come until the next day and I had to wait, I asked for a refund. They only returned 200, took 300 dollars just like that. I don’t recommend this company to fraudsters. Stay away from them.👎👎👎👎👎

Oversee a fleet of catering trucks and vans. Keep the fleet well maintained but things still happen. One of our box trucks broke and I found Flores online. Customer service center was amazing, the ladies there kept us up to date on ETA and expectations. Team showed in a relatively timely manner, quickly diagnosed the issue and then gave options. From the time that they showed, left to get parts and come back and fixed the truck was just under 3 hours. Luis and Michelle were great, pricing was solid. Definitely now on our speed dial for any off property issues that require a Mobile Unit. High recommend and will use again. Gracias!

Do not use this service. After telling them I had an electric short on the call with the dispatcher,they said it would be $240 for mechanic to come out and diagnose. After an inability to diagnose, they proceeded to charge me $480 more for me to be in the same spot I was in when they showed up. No start and a diagnosis of "you have an electric problem" And want me to agree to $2500 to fix without telling me what the problem was aside from electrical. I will be having my attorney contact for details on billing for a $720 undefined diagnosis without any repairs done after $240 quote for diagnosis. I am extremely disappointed with this service and how they leave with money without any repairs or descriptions of the "Diagnosis"aside from electrical.... Do not use this service you will pay greatly

On Feb 7 we called Flores for service we were told they could be out in 50 min. After 3 hours the mechanic showed up. He worked on our truck for a couple of hours and then told us it was a bad fuel pump. He then got in his truck and left. After days of labor and the expense of buying a replacement fuel pump we were out close to 1500.00. Only to find out it was NOT a bad fuel pump. It was a bad fuel filter assembly. I called them and they offered a free diagnose for a future breakdown. Honestly I would rather be reimbursed for all we spent for the wrong diagnose. Wow, nothing like calling a client a liar after a wrong diagnosis, not real classy. You apologized over and over again. Your mechanic even apologized. Although I was extremely frustrated with a wrong diagnosis, I was never rude to you and this is how you treat your clients?

These guys are fraudsters, they will quote you in the beginning lower and then the bill will be triple that price or even more, and still can’t resolve my electrical issue and get my truck started. There mechanics are only good for changing tires and brakes thats all
