This guy is the most BS mechanic I’ve been to! I’m surprised he gets any good reviews! If you know anything about cars! You will catch their BS quickly! I guess all the reviews are from people who never worked on their cars before and don’t know anything about mechanics!

I’ve been Looking for a trusted mechanic outside of dealerships. My family referred me to John’s, and I’m very pleased with the service. Took my vehicle in to get fixed. Talked to John directly. Said he'd do the job no problem, but would get back with me the next day on price. Called again after several days cause i didn't hear nothing from him. He answered and said he just hasn't got to getting a Estimate written up yet and would get back to me again. Never heard from him. So I called again no answer so I left a message. Over two weeks later and STILL NOTHING. I'm not sure how he gets all the Good reviews when he just ghost possible new customers like that. Just simply say you don't wanna do the job. How hard is that? And everyone can move on. He will DEFINITELY not get mine Buisness now.

Honest prices good mechanics Christian values John has been my family mechanic for more than a decade i trust him implicitly and know hes not going to price gouge or rip me off. I took my old car up there it was dented and rusted and broke down John brought it back to life so i can give it to my daughter as her first vehicle repairs, paint, bodywork its nothing automotive John cant do!!!

I intially contacted John ( by phone) because my 2006 ford escape wouldn't start. After towing my vehicle to John's it sat in johns lot for 3 weeks before I took it somewhere else ( where it was fixed promptly). From the moment we towed my vehicle the whole experience was unpleasant: john stated that he said I was supposed to ' call him before I dropped off my vehicle " ( to which i said nothing because he never said " call me before dropping off " )...then after the vehicle was there he " didnt know the vehicle didnt run so he didn't know how hd would get it in his shop ( john I called you once and visited you in person another time before I ever dropped off thd vehicle and told you it wouldn't start)..then after 3 weeks he said " there's all these wires hanging down in engine compartment so there's nothing we can do ( a headlight wire that was it and it was tied out of the way ). John: if you didnt want to work on my vehicle you should have told me. I was patient and respectful to you. I did not receive thd same in return. Since I first took in my vehicle ( which my decision was based on johns good reviews ) I noticed 2 other ( recent ) bad reviews which are consistent with my experience. Ps John initially said its possible thd engine was ' locked up because it was down 1 quart of oil" ( draw your own conclusions from that one lol...

Had the best experience going with John’s Automotive. He was able to get my car issues figured out and fixed the day after I dropped it off. I had previously taken it to a well-known Complete auto repair shop, that I won’t name. They kept my car for over a week with no updates. I believe they initially messed my car up and “couldn’t figure it out” after having to drop a bunch of money. John was very timely and was able to do it at a fraction of what I paid at the Nationwide Repair Shop. Will be going to him for all my car issues from now on :)
