Second time here. Just a great shop to work with. My suburban started making a humming / groaning noise, that was consistent with speed. I figured it was a bearing, but I could not isolate it. I gave them a call to set up an appointment, and Rick told me if I brought it in the next morning, they should have me done by end of day assuming it was not anything worse. This was great, as I only have the one vehicle right now. I brought it in, and rode my bike home. I got a call not long after I got home, with a diagnosis of the front left hub bearing, and the cost estimate. I told them to go ahead. Just before lunch, I got a call confirming it was done. I was able to ride back during my lunch break and pick it up. The ride home was nice and smooth and quiet. Excellent work, and they just did what needed to be done. My previous visit to them was for brake line replacement on my 2003 suburban (same vehicle), and they did an awesome job on that as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone, and may the keep doing the great work they do. Thanks guys!

First time at Brooks and I was blown away not only by the customer service, but the prices and time were incredible. Rick is so kind and funny. When I called Monday asking to drop my car off, after describing the issue he knew right away what I drove. I was impressed. Dropped my car off Friday at 530 and it was done and FIXED by 11am Saturday! My car has never driven so smoothly. I would absolutely recommend using Brooks for any of your auto care needs. You'll feel special, not just another customer or sale. Plus they have an auto shop cat and she's adorable and sweet. Even my husband who hates cats loved her. Support a wonderful local business if you need to and can. Brooks auto and Rick are great!

So far so good. I called a few places to get my breaks fix and everyone was charging me over $700. That's a rent payment. I've never had my car taken care better than I have here. I've been bringing my car here for more than 20 years. Amazing work and people. Edit: I've made the mistake of taking my car other places to be worked on for convenience. Seems like I always end up taking it back to Brooks to fix what someone else screws up. Good, honest work everytime. Could not recommend more highly.

Went here a few days ago, Just for a diagnostic since my engine light wasn’t on and i was confused about what could be going wrong. Don’t get me wrong , The staff is very friendly! They are always nice. But they told me i needed all my mounts, including transmission ,rack and pinion, a rear oil seal leak, and control arms. Not sure if it was an honest mistake, but i took it to another shop and they let me know that all the mounts except one were in perfect condition. And the leak doesn’t need repaired since it’s barely leaking, they said they only found a drop. I’ll still continue going here sometimes as prices are fair, and maybe my review will change. But they do offer great work, just not sure if the work they say that needs done is always accurate.

Paid $714 to have ALL of my brake lines replaced. They replaced the main line for the rear. In doing so, they put a compression fitting to the old line on the master cylinder. Had to fix it myself so I could work. A year later, I go to replace the rear brakes, and the lines on the rear end are the ones from the factory. Me and my family could have lost our lives. Please reconsider and fo to another shop.
