Now That We’ve Made It Back To Texas I Just Wanna Say May God Bless Y’all Cause This Place Was The Absolute Worst Of All The Shops We Went To . No One Spoke English Except 1 Young Man That Didn’t Know What He Was Even Talking About Yet They Used Him As A Translator. We Told Them The Exact Issue , They Swore We Needed An Entirely New Transmission After Telling Us We Just Need A Part That We Had To Go Out & Look For . They Gave Us 4 Different Diagnosis In 3 Days Yet Never Lifted Or Even Moved The Car . They Charged Us $85 For “Storing” The Car Cause They Said They Didn’t Work On It At All Over The Entire 3 Day Period Even Though When We’d Call , They’d Say They’re Working On It Or Someone Left Early Or Wouldn’t Even Answer Sometimes . Now Listen , This Place Has Potential, I See It , But It’s Not Worth A Dime In A Couch Sofa If Y’all Keep Lying To People & Giving Them The Run Arounds . We Made It Home Safely After Marathon Autobody & Repair Only Took A Few Hours To Figure Out What Was Wrong, Fix The Issue & Send Us Back Home The Next Day For Less Than $300 Total When Yall Were SWEARING We Needed An Entirely New Transmission . The Frickin Nerve ! God Bless Y’all , Seriously , Cause You Unprofessional, Scamming, No Good Beings Need Jesus. Oh & They Smiled As They Walked Away With The $85 , Like Seriously ? DO BETTER !

I found them and went there for a water pump, a blower motor, and I will definitely be back! They are fast good prices super friendly got me in super quick and they do a great job! I will be using them from now on! The owner is very involved and get you right in and I never have to wait long for the work to be done so definitely a great place to go! I didn't even do a price check between other places because the prices they gave me were so reasonable and doable!

Called on a Saturday we broke down in our motorhome. Sounded good, looked like good reviews. They told us to bring our motorhome. But this is a small shop. They didn't even have a bay big enough for our motorhome. The teenager that came out acted like he didnt know we were coming at all. He didnt have a clue where we should park it. He told us to back it into a regular parking spot. There was really no way for tbe tow truck to even park it where he told us to put it. When we had clearly said it wouldnt start. It was in a very rough looking part of town. The teenager acted like he had no clue what to do with it. To be honest we didn't want to leave it there when the only person that came out was a teenager and with no bay big enough for our motorhome. So we left.

My son’s car would not start the day he needed to get back to school. I called And left a message with Dynamic Auto Repair and received a call back the same day. I had the car towed there and it was fixed the next day! I know I was getting on the owner’s nerves because I needed to get my son on the road to school. She came through and the price was very reasonable. I’m not sure about these other reviews, but Cre was very professional and helpful to me. Please give them a try for your car repair.

Spoke to some lady who claims to be owner on the phone 5 min ago. Sold a car to a mutual customer and they are yelling about paying for a storage fee. Lady is super unprofessional and clearly struggling if she needs to extort money due to a parked car after money was paid to them. My suspicion is lot isn't even full. Terrible customer service. Feel bad if she is married...

Scheduled an appointment for CarMax service, standard scheduled maintenance. Got confirmation text from Shop owner beforehand, but I was expecting to wait during service. Greeted by single employee at shop when I arrived, who didn't know I had appt. They have no waiting room and instructed me to drop off car, which didn't fit my plans for the day. Wish i had prior notice of this. Shop owner and second employee returned from test drive and didn't greet me. I texted back to say I'd like to reschedule. After I left with the car, the owner called me and, without identifying herself on the phone, informed me that the CarMax process requires vehicle drop off for prior approval of a claim, even if it's just scheduled maintenance.

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Process I wish I could give Dynamic Automotive Repair an excellent rating, but then I’d be lying. They technically fixed my car under warranty, but then tried to slip in additional work without my authorization and charge me for it. When I took the vehicle to another certified dealership for a second opinion, the CPU wasn’t mounted back after they removed it, but was hanging off, and part of the engine cover was missing. On top of that, the car was returned to us extremely dirty. What makes this even more concerning is that this is a car I bought for my mother, and I often transport people with disabilities in it. The lack of attention to detail could have easily put someone at risk. I want to thank Button (Chariot Group Automotive) for helping me find the correct OEM parts that the repair shop claimed they couldn’t source. They also confirmed that the supposed $1,400 extra work was never done. The Button (Chariot Group) Service department informed me that repair shops like this one up-charge aftermarket parts, which is why they “could not find the OEM parts.” Thankfully, I didn’t end up paying for something never completed after speaking to my case manager at SEMPER FI. The employees were polite and the owner seemed genuine… In short, be very cautious with this place. They may fix something under warranty, but the quality and honesty are questionable. Also, we thank the workers for their car repair services. If there was a miscommunication between the owner and mechanics, the owner did not clarify after coming to me and stating that the spark plugs were completed for about $500. Regardless, we won’t return, but we wish everyone here well. Praying they put their honesty before profit because the next person might take this further than a review, which could result in people being out of a job. Not in this economy. P.S.
