My 2021 VW Tiguan had a very scary oil leak. I'm so glad that I had the mind to take it to someone local. Jeff was incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed it quickly and prioritized keeping my costs down. He's definitely in the business to help people and he proved to me that there are still good people out there. I'm so very grateful. Went for a muffler replacement (rusted off) then got charged $350 for a part that cost $50 - 2 months later the muffler displaced (wasn’t bracketed properly) so I called them to fix it - said they’ll call me back but didn’t. Don’t go here. Save your money for a professional repair. Poor jobs from poor trained people. Avoid.

I wish I could give this liar -1000 stars he took money from my elderly 81yr old grand father to fix his transmission and find out what is wrong with another car he had. So My grandpa paid to have two cars towed to his shop He said it would take a few weeks to get the transmission.That he would keep in touch and let him know when he was done. 2 Months went by. No word !!! Mind you My grandpa got sick and can barely get out of his bed. So he asked me to take care of the situation with the cars and act as his P.O.A.This is almost a year later with this guy lying saying he's waiting for the part but grandpa couldn't deal with it. So I go and the guy says he is trying to get the parts so I keep going up there asking weekly for 6 months the man would hide tell his workers to say he's gone.Then the few times I seen him he would lie so after around 18 months he said he wasn't gonna do the work and we needed to bring the receipt and my papers of POA ...to get the vehicles and money back ....This man is a con artist Be ware ....This is only a snippet of the crap I've went thru...Also he had a truck smashed against our car when I went to see it .....
