A Autoworks is hands-down one of the best auto shops I’ve been to. The customer service is always top notch—friendly, honest, and professional. They never try to upsell or push unnecessary services, which is a rare find these days. I recently went in for an alignment, and the whole process was quick, smooth, and very affordable. They got me in and out with no hassle, and my car drives perfectly now. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. This place is so trustworthy and keep their word. I've taken my truck here numerous times to get oil changes and inspectios but this time I needed a new starter. I was quoted over the phone $200 cheaper than the place across the street that required me to bring it in and waste 45 minutes of my day. I left that shop and came here. I was able to drive in, immediately get the issue fixed and leave in less time than they told me. I highly recommend this establishment to get any work done.

I brought my vehicle in for service, and they completed the diagnostic the very next day. We authorized some of the recommended repairs, and by that same afternoon, I received a threatening phone call stating that if we did not pick up the vehicle by the end of the day, we would be charged $100 per day for storage. This approach is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the business. The manager, Devon, handled the situation very poorly and displayed a complete lack of respect for customers. Based on this experience, I would never return to this shop and would not recommend it to others.

Had my son take his truck to do a wheel alignment I had replaced his ball joints. I had to remove the upper control arm on both sides. Don’t trust them to give you good advice they will rip you off. They told my son he need all new bushings and ball joint they were completely rotten. Attached are pictures for the proof of rotten parts. My son is 16yrs old 10 minutes and charged him $50 dollars to tell him his suspension is trash. Don’t trust them especially if you don’t know anything about car. Also his truck old has small oil leak so I’m assuming that’s part of wheel alignment. Now I’m going to adjust the alignment my self because it was loose and that’s why I needed them to realign it and tighten it back up but they could not do that. In less they replaced all my son’s rotten and rusted parts. Proof is in the pictures

First time coming in to get an oil change And inspection! The service was outstanding! They did not try to upsell me on anything. I did need a new brake fluid, which they also included in my service. Really good prices on everything! I wish I could give them more than five stars! Will definitely be back for any vehicle maintenance. We were in and out of there less than an hour. All in all I give five stars! Thank you so much for taking care of us today!
