This is a pretty cool place. They have commercial depts and 2 different locations and I can see why, the prices are fair, and the staff are direct, and friendly. They carried the travel trailer tire I needed and changed it out for me in an hour. I'll def be going back while I'm up here.

Honestly, the honesty and integrity matters the most. We are older people and they are patient with us doing dumb things. I brought in the truck for new brakes and they replaced the front brakes, telling me that the rear brakes had a lot more life. A few months later I felt the truck not stop like I wanted and told them about it and that we really needed to fix the brakes. I remembered about the rear brakes, forgot about the front brakes. Rear brakes were and are still fine. Honesty and integrity are rare to find. Totally endorse this business.

These guys are great. Had a not-so-slow leak in one of my tires today. Called ahead and they took me right in. Fixed my tire immediately, in and out in 15 minutes, and only $15 to fix it. I've also bought tires from these guys and the prices were great. I'd take them over a chain store any day.

Great place to do business. I requested a tire quote and Heather got back to me right away. I had a couple of questions and again, Heather got back to me right away. These guys are amazing and really honest. Why? Because I took my car to them thinking my tires were screwed up. They called me to say my tires are fine and don't need replacement. Even when i was planning to replace earlier they were quick to offer budget friendly options without my asking. And once they tested my tires and realized they were fine, they told me to pick up my car and didn't charge me a DIME for their troubles. Awesome people and so honest. Much appreciated!

Great service, just as was promised. On time, no hassles. Appointment was super easy to book and the staff is super helpful. I brought my own tires to be mounted/balanced, and the tires were a different size than the manufacturer's specs. I received a call asking if I was aware of the size difference, just to make certain that my choice was intentional. This was BEFORE they started with on my car. Great attention to detail!

Can’t recommend this shop enough. As someone with a lowered and modified car, it can be hard to find a shop willing or able to align my car. A&B is able to accommodate my car and works with me to adjust parameters to take advantage of my modifications and achieve a more aggressive alignment than stock. Every alignment I’ve gotten from them has been fantastic and always leaves me amazed at how much an alignment can change the way a car drives. I greatly appreciate having this shop around.

Tough way to start the day! you have a flat tire but lucky for me. I was recommended to go to A&B Tire in Leominster I walked in this morning. Explained that I had a flat tire was greeted by Luke, who proceeded to even though they had a full house. Listen to my story. Ask me some questions. Explain how I needed to be able to get to Sudbury this afternoon and within four hours, I had a repaired tire waiting room was immaculate. Staff was so friendly, I highly recommend absolutely refreshing to see a family own business Thriving with outstanding service A+

Cant count how many bad experiences ive had here. I keep going back because its close to work. The last mess was 2 280$ trailer tires so severely out of balance i had to have another shop rebalance. They put brand new tires on my jeep and aligned everything with a bad pitman arm, which they were told to check. After another shop fixed my steering the still charged another 80 to line it back up.. nothing ever goes right with a and b everytime i go there. That was the last time

I have been using both locations for the last ten plus years for my business and the Arsenault’s have been nothing but great when it comes to my personal and company trucks.
