Sam & crew are always very polite and helpful whenever I come here. This is one of the only places I'll take my car. I've been a customer of theirs for several years now and have yet to be disappointed. 👍

They got me in quick did a great job on the alignment i had to get from them cause bear alignment ripped me off and said they did it and didn't. But A&C auto took care of me. Update Got new tires two weeks after alignment and tire place showed me that the alignment was way out and needed to be redone. So I guess it wasn't done right had major positive camber.

Had to get car towed to shop for emergency brake service. I was grateful they could work on my car immediately . I was charged $300 for labor for brake installation. ( I provided all parts ). I was told that I was overcgarged by another garage. When I picked up my car the brake sensor light was still on. They said it was ok and brakes were fine. A few days later one of the new brake pads came off . I had to get my car towed back at my own expense for them to fix brakes again. The brake light is still on and brakes make unusual sound. Taking car to my regular garage to double check their work.

I am very satisfied with their service. I was in bad shape paying a car note and my transmission went out.The car dealers price was outrageous . I gotten a tune-up and my car runs very good. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and I send my friends and everybody I know that has a car problem over here and they have taken very good care of them this repair shop you can trust to get the job done and not get ripped off and I am a woman and they have never been misleading to me I know little about a car so I need a repair shop that's going to do the right thing and not just take you for your money this is a very good shop and I appreciate all the work they have done for me so yes I recommend you go in there and talk to him and they'll tell you what the problem is they never have misled me are ripped me off women you don't know much about a car you can trust this repair shop

Took car for inspection. They didn’t have stickers. Told us they checked emissions, passed. No document for that. Broke the mirror off and didn’t fix it or offer to replace. Didn’t know when we were picking up yet there sat a guy inside with feet on the desk while my car is outside running. No explanation. No mirror, no confirmation of any work done and running my gas out and contributing emissions to our already troubled climate. Avoid this ripoff!

I walked in and out in less than 30 mins. 5 star service. I needed my tire patched. They carried it in, plugged it, put it back on my vehicle, and put my spare back in the vehicle. Quick fast and very courteous. Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my company's truck to A&C Auto for repairs, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The quick turn around time they provided was crucial for our business, ensuring our vehicle was back on the road swiftly. Not only did they prioritize speed, but the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The staff at A&C Auto demonstrated exceptional skills and professionalism, providing top-notch service. Additionally, the price for the repairs was very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality received. I highly recommend A&C Auto for their outstanding service, quick turnaround, and competitive pricing.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I was charged $395 to fix my son’s car battery, but when I got the receipt itemized, I went to auto zone to see how much it cost to fix. It was $90 to repair it!! (And there were lower prices). Do not come here unless you want to get scammed and cheated out of your money by greedy people. - P.S I want my money back

I went and took my car to AC Auto Service & had to get the labor and stuff replaced on Oct. 10th, had to wait 3 to 4 days for the parts to be delivered on Oct. 14th and overcharged me at $500. Also when that was all set and done, the bolt came off of the wheel bearing and the tire was making noise while I was driving. So I'm never going back to their service again, because they didn't do such a great job..

First of all, I’m mechanically inclined and work in a heavily mechanical industry. I was having an ongoing and recurring brake issue that I couldn’t figure out on my truck. They were recommended by a neighbor. I dropped it off the night before, told them no rush, they could have it for 3-5days if needed. I stopped in on my way home from work the next day to check on it. It was done ! A part and some fluid they had in stock. I had hours already invested in attempting repair. They easily could have “padded” the bill. My total was $110 ! They have earned my trust, and my business in the future. GJS

Absolutely the best around! Fantastic work and great customer service. They don't mess around and they always give you an honest deal. I'm never taking my truck anywhere else. Update: Have been back several times and have sent my family here as well. They are the absolute best around. I won't trust mine or my families vehicles to anyone else!

I had a really bad experience. I took my car here because I was having an issue with my hood closing. They checked it out & said the hood attachment needed to be replaced, Sam said it would be $111 for the hood attachment piece and then around $50 for labor. I paid the $111 & then went back when the piece arrived, they worked on it but then said I was going to have to go back because the piece was defective. So he ordered the new piece and when it arrived I went & then Sam asked me to come back the next day, I guess cause he was busy. When I went back, they worked on it again & then told me he was going to have to order a new one because this one didn’t have a sensor. So I left and thought to myself well at least the 4th time I go back they’ll be able to finally fix it. Sam had told me to go anytime after 9AM on Monday. Today Monday October 14 I went on my day off and got there at 10:15AM. After 2 hours of waiting I went outside to see if they were almost done, and my car hadn’t even been worked on yet. And Sam was no where to be found. And the mechanics weren’t told to work on it, so I asked them to call him & the mechanic there called him 3 times but he didn’t pick up. Then Sam finally gets back & he tells me I’ll have to come back again because there’s another issue with the piece. And at that point I knew it was BS and just asked for a refund for the $111. Won’t be going back, waisted my time. Also that morning when I got there he lost another customer because the guy said Sam had his car since Friday and it still wasn’t fixed and it was due to an issue with a car piece not being ordered. Sam if you see this please make sure going forward you are more transparent with customers and communicate with them regarding how long the wait is going to be, and making sure pieces are ordered efficiently & effectively.

Do not COME HERE!!! SON brought his car here to get an alignment, they looked at the car charged 50.00 to just look. Told him he needed arm control and tire rods. Total 450.00. He took car in went to pick up. Total was 740. Bc they took it upon themselves to put front rotors and brake pads on the car without calling or consulting. Called Sam and told him I'm not paying for that, he told me my son told him to do whatever he has to do, which was a LIE. AS AS A MECHANIC, IF YOU SEE FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH A CAR, YOU ARE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER AND CONFIRM MORE ACTION.YOU DO NOT PUT STUFF ON THEIR CARS WITHOUT CONSULTING OR ASKING IF IT'S OKAY. SHADY PEOPLE.

So this probably on me at this point... But for thr 3rd and last time this garage has made expensive repairs without first getting my consent to do so..Dumping salt on the wound they then act like they didn't know and its no big deal!!! Even though I specifically said I just need to know what's wrong so I can then financially prepare for the bill. 3 times!!! Will no longer be taking my vehicle to this garage!!!

Run away from this place as fast as you can. DO NOT be tempted by their low prices and good reviews. You get what you pay for and it seems family and friends are the ones leaving the good reviews. I used this company to tow my car a short distance to a local dealership. Upon arrival, I noticed their was something wrong. Turns out, the incompetent tow truck driver thought a tie rod was a good place to tie the car down. As you can imagine, the tie rod was no match for that sort of force. After speaking to the owner, he assured me HE would be the only one from there on out to touch the car and he would personally pick it up and fix it. What a lie that was. After I dropped the keys off at the shop, the same two people that damaged my car left in the tow truck. I had a suspicion they were going to go get my car so I went to the dealership and sure enough, they were there driving around the lot looking for my car. So much for the owner picking it up. I do appreciate the owner taking liability for the damage. The company fixed the tie rod and did an alignment free of charge. What I don’t appreciate is the lies and the fact not one person associated with this company apologized for the damage and inconvenience caused. I figured a refund would be issued for the tow but nothing was ever offered. While the tie rod was fixed, there is no telling how much stress was placed on the power steering rack. If a month from now it goes bad, I’ll be on the hook for a repair that was caused by something they messed up. My question for the owner. If your employees mess something up as simple as towing a car, how do you expect people to feel comfortable with them doing repairs on their vehicles? My advice. Either properly train your guys on towing or hire someone that already has experience doing it. Also, customer service goes a long way. If you mess something up, you need to realize it’s a bigger inconvenience for the customer than it is you. Your brother at the shop didn’t seem to interested in helping me when I was trying to find someone to drop my keys off with. Overall, the experience with your company has been down right terrible. Hopefully my reviews will at least make another potential customer reconsider using your business.

Great service and nice . Got me in right away and took care of my inspection. Called me back to let me know he could take it a day ahead of schedule and I'm so thankful. They are busy and do the best they can to keep up. Thank you again.

I would strongly advise against using A&C Auto Service. My recent experience with them was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I brought my car in because it was jerking upon deceleration. They inspected it and advised me to do a tune-up, which would cost over $600, even though there were no check engine lights or fault codes at that time. They insisted on changing all six coils and spark plugs, and I reluctantly went along with their suggestion. As soon as I drove the car home, the next day, the check engine light came on. I had the codes read at AutoZone, and they showed a lean reading on bank 2 for the catalytic converter and an issue with the starter relay. When I took the car back to A&C Auto Service to address this new problem, they wanted to charge me an additional $170 to "fix" it, claiming they spent two hours diagnosing the issue. If it really took them that long to find something so basic, their mechanics lack the skills needed for proper vehicle maintenance. This whole experience feels suspicious to me. I've heard of shops deliberately creating problems to maximize profits from unsuspecting customers. It seems very possible they tampered with my car, whether it was disconnecting O2 sensors or opening an intake hose. It’s unfortunate, but these days, it’s tough to trust a repair shop. I definitely won't be returning to A&C Auto Service and would not recommend them to anyone. Your best bet is to either handle repairs yourself or shell out the high fees at a dealership. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable mechanic!
