I have been to this shop twice thus far, second time after a U-haul truck clipped the whole right side of my car. When i called the shop after a great first experience , Greg (owner) instantly recognized my voice and told me to bring it in the next day and that he would handle it. The estimate that the insurance gave for repairs did not reflect the damage on my car so he was able to get the proper estimate and handled it like a pro! After everything was done, as a courtesy he even painted my rims black with real paint! I had done my rims myself with that cheap “plasti-dip” beforehand but he made them the real deal! Will forever recommend his shop.

My car was backed into while parked at a vacation resort and left some nice damage above my drivers side wheel.The gentleman had out of state insurance so I was worried it would be a headache (first accident I had been in as well so I was nervous to begin with). I was told by their insurance I could choose any repair shop of my choice since they were out of state. Saw this shop on google with good reviews and decided to give them a call. From the start, Greg was very helpful and literally walked me through the process and what I needed to do. Once I dropped off my car at their shop with a copy of the estimate from the insurance, I never had to talk to the insurance again- Greg called them and took care of the supplemental damage claim. He kept me up to date on when I would get my vehicle back and how long repairs would take. They did a great job- paint looked like the original- couldn't tell the difference at all. I would recommend them to everyone- really made things easy for me.

I am very pleased with everything about my experience with this business. It is a family owned and run business. They did a beautiful job of repairing a dented car door and the result is perfect. SCAMMERS, is an understatement. These guys are evil. Took my rear end damaged car to get an estimate and potentially get fixed at this place. First: I was told no work would be done on the car until an estimate has been approved by the insurance company. Mind you if you call the lady will say the estimate is free. They then proceed to take apart my car to “determine the damage” and get an estimate on the car. Which they claim is already doing work on the car. Confusing right? Considering they said they don’t start work on the car until the estimate has been approved…which it never was. Second: They then claim it took a whole 4 HOURS in order to take a rear bumper and 2 headlights off. Mind you they supposedly charge $85 per hr for labor, even tho when I asked they didn’t even know what they charged until they asked multiple people. So, after taking it to a few other body shops since my horrible experience with this one, I wanted to get an idea from better shops if this whole 4 hour time frame was realistic. Come to my surprise it’s nowhere close. According to many other body shops, this “breakdown” of the rear bumper in order to do an estimate can be done in under an hour. Either they work really slow or doing exactly what I know they are doing which is SCAMMING. Simply cheating the system in order to make MONEY from insurance companies and good people who put their trust into people they didn’t know were evil. THIRD: Upon arriving to pick up my car, they decided to charge me $527 for my car sitting in their lot for 2 days. However, upon calling them previously, when you ask them what’s their storage fee per day they will tell you $0. Unless that is you decide not to proceed with allowing them to work on your car. Which they don’t tell you. I told the front desk lady how I am a good person and clearly this wasn’t right what they were doing. I believe in karma and what goes around comes around. Upon saying this, the front desk woman actually tried to lower the price to $450 for me and even asked the mechanics if they could. NOW, wouldn’t you think that if it were a true and honest $527 they wouldn’t budge on lowering the price??? Exactly… but she herself knows she’s working under a bunch of crooked dishonest mechanics. FOURTH: After paying them their “SCAMMERS PRICE” I went to my car and found a piece out. Asked them to put it back how I brought it to them. They sent someone out to do so. And to my surprise he started to BREAKDOWN the rear end of the car in order to put the piece back. I have it all RECORDED. He finished it in under 5 minutes. SO, it takes 4 hours according to you to breakdown the car in order to take an estimate, but only 5 minutes to breakdown the car when you want to hurry up and put a piece back on the car how it was???? After putting the piece back on my car, the guy did such a horribly rushed job that he damaged the inside of the trunk plastic covering exposing the electrical pieces. I asked them to fix it to how it was when I brought them the car, which they tried to lie to my face and say it was like that because of the rear end accident. So tell me how I give you my car one way, and it comes back to me even more damaged??? Some shop y’all are running here. I wouldn’t bother bringing my car here unless you want to get SCAMMED. They’ll definitely do the work on your car tho if your insurance pays them whatever outrageous price they come up with. It’s all good tho. KARMA is real and what comes around goes around.

The owner Greg made getting our car fixed such an easy experience. Once we called him his employee was at my place the next morning to pick up the car, and then he handled everything else with the insurance company. Our car was finished in the time frame that was quoted! We were very impressed with the quality of work that him and his crew did. He definitely earned a customer for life, and if anyone ask where they should go he will be our first recommendation!

My front bumper had multiple scrapes and misalignment. Within four days A Class Body Shop was able to restore my bumper to brand new. What impressed me the most about their service was, out of good gesture, they defogged my car’s headlights without extra charge after noticing how dim my headlights originally were. I choose A Class looking reviews and I was right about my decision. High quality service/ paint on my Mercedes trunk lid ! I’m always worried and usually I expect my vehicle to be returned covered by dust after any body shop repair, but for my surprise my car was returned on same condition I left, this mean, without any dust inside the car. If you like vehicles like me, Go ahead with A Class body repair.

How ridiculous is this place. I walk in and only started saying what I need done and I get cut off and the lady tells me they only work with Geico. But yet it clearly says here on the picture with what insurances they work with. And it doesn’t just say Geico. Definitely not a good customer service and if they only work with one insurance then remove this information from your glass is false advertisement.

I do not recommend this shop, particularly if you’re going through GEICO. They seem to take on more jobs than they can handle, clearly prioritizing volume over quality. From my experience, they care more about collecting insurance payments than actually delivering on their promises. They gave me three different completion dates for my vehicle, and each time the day came, there was always an excuse — the car was never ready as promised. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made it even worse. I had to constantly call them just to get updates. They never took the initiative to inform me about delays or progress. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest repair shop, I’d suggest going elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or risk further frustration with “A Class Paint and Body Repair.”

Grrrrreat work! Can’t say enough about Greg and his crew, but the reviews I read, were right. I have a VW Beetle Convertible and fortunately for my little car, I found ‘A Class Paint & Body Repair’ through some great reviews on google. Without sugarcoating my experience all I will say is, my little red car went in with a flat nose and came out looking soooooo delicious I’m afraid to drive it now! I don’t know what these guys did, but the car looks better now than probably 10 years ago when it was a brand new 2009 Cherry Red VW Bug. And if you don’t believe me, take a look. These pictures were just taken a few minutes ago and let me tell you, three rainstorms have passed through the area since I got the car back 5 days ago... and yes, this sexy little thing, still looks brand new! A big ‘Thank You’ to Greg and the guys... thank you for the big things you did and the little things too! .... You take pride in the work you do and it shows!! Thank youuuuuu!!!! —— —— This little thing may be very very sexy, but photogenic, not sooo much... looks sooo much better in person, someone even asked me if it was for sale!

Excellent work! They painted my 1932 Ford roadster and knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend these guys for insurance work or a restoration/ upgrade.
