This review comes about a month late, but I felt I needed to commend their service. Came in to replace the clutch on my 2012 GTI around Chistmas time. Charged a fair price and replaced my rear back up lights free of charge without me even asking. Thank you and would recommend to anyone with euro cars in the Pasadena area.

This review is for the Sprinter 2500 I should have wrote this review last year..but it'd rather late than never. We brought our van for oil change service before going on the road trip ...we came out with the bill over $1,000.00 ...they said we need to change the engine Belt Tension and the Pulley..I didn't think about that at the time so I agreed with it ...after settled my bill I asked for the belt that he changed ..turn out the belt was brand new I got it changed at my Dodge Dealer a month ago. Of course I took the Belt back and would never came here gain This review is for all the Sprinter owner please be very careful with this auto shop ..they changed parts was not necessary need to change just so they can bill you With a lot of researched I finally found one mechanic only service on the Sprinter Just make sure you knows exactly need to be done at this auto shop so you don't have a big surprise like me

Had a bad experience today. I dropped off my Eurovan this morning at 8:30 so he could do a diagnostic on the Check Engine light and do an oil change. He never called me with an update (I had to call him). I returned at 4:30 and he had excuses about why he was not able to check the car. He blamed someone else who was supposed to come by with the tool to do the diagnostic. He didn't even do the oil change. Terrible customer service. And he didn't even seem sorry about it. A wasted day. I mean, if you can't even trust a mechanic to do an oil change, right?

Took my vehicle in to diagnose a mystery sound coming from my tire. Victor and his team found the problem in minutes and did not charge me a cent. Yes, the wait could be a bit longer but after sitting around the shop for 30 minutes, I can see the team just want to do the best work possible for every customer before attending to the next. Junior was patient, humble and knowledgeable when providing me with over 6 different quotes for different services. Overall a fantastic mechanic shop with amazing people.

I stumbled upon Victor's shop since he had helped out on my mom's car. I have a 2020 BMW M550i with a CEL, and silly old me took it to the stealership at Monrovia where they quoted me over 5K to fix (they didnt even know the problem??) I took it to Victor, and although it took awhile (2~3 weeks i forgot) he kept me updated, and fixed the issue at less than half of the cost quoted. Ever since then my car was running without issue! Im writing this review today to give credit where its due! 6 months later taking my car to the stealership for my prepaid plan they told me I had a leaking coolant signs. They again quoted me a ridiculous amount such as 1K, stating they dont know what it is but thats what itll cost to fix it. I took it to Victor in the morning - he calls me at the end of the day to pick up the vehicle. Turns out one there was a small leak on one of the hoses. He didn't even charge me a dime for the hose, which was such noble act on his part! This is the reason im going to keep taking my car to Victor and his crew - its hard to find honest mechanics nowadays, but i can assue you Victor is one of them! Thanks again Victor!!!

I met Mr. Victor by browsing the Yello Pages booklet (imagine how many years ago). Shortly, like many other totally happy customers of Victor I have a story NOT only of his outstanding technical knowledge, but mostly of his integrity, good will, family-like treatment. Briefly, I had a Mercedez 350 CLK convertible. One day the fromd seat did not move (as it retracts automatically when open the door). Went to TWO Rusnak dealerships and one more in West Covina. All quoted WITHOUT even diagnose the vehicle, about 5K..or "generously" 3.4 to 4K IF I'm being luck?! I was in no position to spend eeenn a 1 K at the time. Came to Victor, explained the issue- he smiled with his genuinely good hearted expression; asked me to pop up the trunk, dug something out came back amd put something, all less than 5 minutes; told me to open the door- EVERYTHING worked!!! The issue? A bloody fuse, cost Victor 25c in bulk purchase! I was flabbergasted with emotions- devastated that I could have lose wonderful toy car (I could only donate otherwise mint condition car) and grateful to Victor beyond expression. Needless to say, I had no doubt- had I leave the vehicle in the dealership(s) or any other shop, I most likely would be kept in "suspense" for couple of days, be given tearful story how much effort it took them to diagnose and "fix" my car's issue...for just 3.5K with special discount for myself only! Of 1 K ..or so. Victor didn't accept my measly $20 offering for the fuse or a beer, saying "I didn't do anything". Ever since he's earned my total trust; I've been using him for our 3 car's (various models and years). Never hassle or try to bargain, knowing I get thr best service for the best price. He always gives me options for used or new parts and frequently advised me to use used parts instead of bran new (3-4 times more expensive). You show me another mechanic like this- I never met one like Victor in my life! Not exaggerating! I witnessed many times he's equal treatment of people bringing "clunkers" like mine or brand newest model. Bravo Victor and God bless!
