I brought my vehicle to them early last summer and they did a very good and honest job. My car is in need of some more work now. And I wouldn't bring it anywhere else. When he gave me the estimate of the amount of work he had to do he was almost apologetic. I figured it was going to be a lot more. Yeah Rodger and Jessie are two good honest mechanic. They aren't just good, they are the most honest. Fair prices and won't try overcharging you. A lot of mechanics try taking advantage of women especially, but they absolutely do not do that here. They'll get all my future business, and I'll make sure to refer everyone I know to them.

There was coolant leaks in our garage. The shop did a pressure testing to find the leak and found none. So Jeff honestly told us that the cause could be other than replacing parts or holes in the cooling system. Very honest shop.

I've used this AGM for a few years for all of my vehicles. I have not had an issue until recently. Several years ago I had some work, almost $1000 worth, done on my truck. One of the items repaired was a transmission cooler line. The transmission line has since failed. I called AGM to see they would replace the failed part and they said no, you only have a 12 month warranty. I explained that my loyalty and money spent over the years should be worth more than your stupid 12 month warranty. They, Jeff and Roger the owners disagreed and told me it would cost full price to repair their original work, take it or leave it. To add insult to injury Jeff told me they are charging me $40 to put my truck on the lift to inspect it. I told both Jeff and Roger over the phone I'm coming to pick up my truck. The message being I am not bringing my truck or any other vehicle back to AGM. Beware! I've moved on to a new mechanic and they have a 3 year warranty. They will be receiving ALL my future business.

These guys are awesome! I always have such a difficult time getting my car fixed without people trying to scam me or do a half a$$ job. But these guys really took care of my car. Their customer service is exactly what customer service should be. They explained everything in detail, were very honest and up front, and even honored the price given, even though my repairs unexpectedly had a few add ons. I have 3 vehicles that all enevibably need work here and there, this will be my go too. Thank you for the stellar repairs and integrity. So refreshing, don't see a lot if that anymore!

I had went to a dealership for an oil change and they said I needed four new rotors as well as breaks and said it would be $700 for the work. I decided to get a second opinion at A Good Mechanic since it was close to my work and turns out I only needed the front done and it costed much less than the dealership. They were very informative and efficient. Will definitely take my car there again! 10/10 recommend

I stopped in to see if I could get my car looked at. I had a brief interaction with them, but they were honest with me and dealt with me fairly. In a B.S. corporate culture that has developed into a policy of "say whatever they need to hear to get them to buy our product/use or service" and we'll deal with the rest later, I found it very refreshing. I'll be coming back to them in the future.

Roger and his sons are great. I've been taking my cars there since he first opened his doors. Excellent service and 100% honesty. I wanted to make a cross country drive and told Roger to check everything out and ensure everything was 100% good to go and not to bother calling me unless the bill would exceed $1,000. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and when I went to pick it up I was only charged $48. Everything was perfect and all the fluids and everything including spark plugs were in awesome shape and Roger assured me I would have no issues on the trip. He was right. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. "A Good Mechanic + An Honest Mechanic" That's Roger.

I honestly won't take my car anywhere else unless I absolutely have no other choice. This business has been amazing since the day they opened. They don't nickel and dime you for everything and they're honest. We've taken multiple cars here and have never had a single problem. The people there take the time to talk through your car issues and never make you feel like a burden or incompetent.

I called and spoke with Jeff who explained the shops work was a week and a half out. Another shop could have got me in sooner; however, Jeff took the time to listen to my car issue during two phone calls and then ended the conversation both times with "have a blessed day." Jeff's professionalism and care for others got my attention and business. Thankfully, the shop was able to get my car in and fixed sooner than I expected. Jeff informed me promptly and professionally throughout my experience with his mechanic shop. Also, I thought I may have needed another service and he explained if it was his car he would hold off. Not only did this save money, this shop's prices vere upfront after diagnosis and are very reasonable! Had some issues with my jeep and according to the fault code, flagged a TPS sensor. Took it to AGM considering it was close and had positive reviews. The reviews were warranted. Talked with Roger and he was up front about everything. Even gave me options if the replacing the TPS didn’t fix the problem. It was a relatively easy fix but if there were issues he would call to confirm the maintenance before moving forward. Was expecting a week but it was done the very next day. Very professional, timely, and easy to work with. I know where I’ll be going if there are any further problems with my vehicles. Thank you for the great work!

I had my chevy equinox serviced at AGM. the work done was what We had discussed with NO SCARE UPSALE , YOU WILL DIE IF THIS AND THAT ARE NOT FIXED TODAY. ALL work was done in a timely manner and at a PRICE that was what WE had also discussed. AGM is a family owned business that WILL listen and talk to you in TERMS that you can understand, NOT IN CAR JARGON. I WILL be going back with my other cars.
