Nicole was amazing! She was very kind and professional. Nicole was very helpful and kept me informed as soon as they found anything or completed the checks I asked for. The crew got my car in and out quickly for a walk in oil change! I am very pleased with the service here. Thank you Nicole and the rest of the Service Street crew!

We were in Colorado Springs helping our son move for the weekend. This is 2 hours from home. Our AC was not working so our son recommended Service street on Powers. I made an appointment and dropped off our 2012 Ram 2500 for AC service. They called me about an hour lasterand said I needed the AC evacuated and recharged, for $2510.00. I gave them the OK And they proceeded. A couple hours later they called and told me that tha high pressure switch was bad and it would cost $275,00+. I knew the pressure switch had been changed in May, but I decided that I would change the $60.00 part myself. About an hour later I took it back with the new pressure switch installed. They said they would continue to check the AC system. A couple hours they said I would need to bring the truck back on Monday since they are closed on Sundays. During this whole time tha AC clutch never engaged. But they said they had charged the system. I went home and checked the AC wiring and found a bad ground connection. I repaired the bad ground, evacuated and recharged the system. The next morning there was no freon in the system? They had not verified the pressure which still leaked out. I made an appointment for them to check the system again. They had the truck in the shop about 10 minutes and determined that the condenser was leaking??? They offered to replace it, but By now I had lost confidence in their shop. They refused to refund my money even though they put THEIR freon in a leaking system that they told me had no leaks? This SERVICE STREET location does not do diagnostics. They may be fine for an oil change or tire service, but I would not recommend them for any AC service work. I have spent over $300+ and still no AC. I am looking for a new AC service repair shop closer to home. I do not believe there is a leak in the condenser but I will defer final judgement until the AC system is fixed. I will update my review when the problem is resolved. YMMV...

It was Friday and I was in from out of state when my fuel pump and sensor went out. I looked for a shop in the area that could get me in last minute before they closed for the weekend when I came upon Service Street which happened to be open on Saturdays. I called over to confirm they’d be able to get me in and spoke with Nicole she said yes they’d be able to help and they could get me in right away, to bring it in. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly when we arrived, Nicole helped us get checked in and gave us updates as they went along. They were able to get my car in and fixed within 24 hours and were very thorough with the work they did! They even got us Lyfts to and from our Airbnb which helped greatly as we were out of town and had no other ride. Thank you all so much I truly appreciate it!

Brung a flat tire with a screw in it, they told me the tire must be on the car in order for them to fix it. This got to be the most moronic reason ever to not help a customer. What pitiful, disgusting, pathetic excuse to not help a customer. Will never go there again

Requested a pre purchase inspection. Both parties had looked over the vehicle in and out, generally. Drove it and decided to have a shop look it over with professional experience and diagnostic tools (not to mention the lifts for easier undercarriage access than us crawling around). Decent price, terrible value. Would recommend Christian brothers (where I’ve had unbiased third party inspections as well). Here’s why: Office tech tells me the vehicle is ready, then pops back in and says, “oh wait a check engine and traction light came on, give us a few to check it out”. He annotates the sensor giving an error (intake air temp; on top of the airbox). Didn’t give the diag code though, and then acted like it was a chore to provide that with an *INSPECTION* service. Goes back and gets the code, in the parking lot; it was a P0113 or IAT, but tech indicated it could be the MAF. Quoted both sensors at $200-900 for replacement, each. Easy to get to and general location in my attached photo. 30 minute job and $80 of parts by Amazon prime. Says that he can’t provide any info other than that without the $200+ diagnostic service. All of this while providing the manufacturer service intervals for the model (cool) and then quoting $286 for 1.5 hours labor on spark plugs, due in 11k miles in the future, according to Honda. (94k mile vehicle). Automatically quoted a flush for: brakes, fuel system, power steering and also the radiator and spark plug swap. ($1500+) total. The good part: We walk outside and pop the hood, and guess what the MAF sensor is unplugged, and it’s pretty obviously unplugged just hanging out right on top of the engine compartment. The buying party pointed it out. Seller replugged it easily with a firm connection that snaps together. Of course the engine light came on immediately upon starting and trying to exit the building, with an unplugged MAF sensor. Cleared code at an auto parts store around the corner. No issues since; and no issues prior to these folks touching it either. Scammers. Jerry Lane was the service advisor/salesman/scammer. Have the owner reach out to me and coordinate the refund my $100.68 inspection fee for wasting my time.

Thoroughly checked out my car, fixed my AC which was under their warranty, and got a bunch of things fixed same day. Even called to check on everything a day or two after. All good, thanks!

Damaged my car and lied on works done. Installed damaged by them parts for purpose to retain me and pay more for nothing. Invented non-sense and tried to mislead me with BS. Told me to come as they will fix it all at no cost (it was paid already and job was not done). I explained them I am military and on Orders need to go. They use this information to make my life miserable. After them I went to TireWorld who fix it all in 2 hours w/o any parts change for fraction of cost. Don't go with them, they are professional scammers. They faked my signature on their radoculos form to "prove" my bank I have to pay them something else and that I take full responsibility for whatever amount they will charge me - can you imagine this level of criminal confidence, that nothing gonna happened with them? I will continue with economical fraud/crimes reports. Wish your manager will be jailed.

All loaded up, ready to move across states when my car wouldn't start for the 1st time ever. Service Street was able to get a tow in 20 minutes and did some big repairs before the business day was over. Nicole kept me informed along the way and was very helpful in the decision-making process. Now "Little Big Red" is purring like a kitten and ready for the move.

Third time having a bad experience with this shop. Went tonight to have a tire repaired. Guy on the phone sounded not too interested in it doing a repair. Went there, they said they couldn't find nothing wrong with their tire and was probably low because of the cold. I explained to him that I've had to air it up every other day, It was on the rim. And he kept on arguing with me that there was nothing wrong with the tire .Ask him then do I have to go to another tire shop to get it fixed and they got extremely pissed? Then got pissed and said I had an attitude problem... Went 2 Big o and they had it fix in 5 minutes. Even Big o said there's no way that they even tested the tire to see if it was leaking and it was totally obvious with water and soap.

**** CONSUMER BEWARE **** **** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE **** I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Service Street. After taking my car in for a FULL INSPECTION on 3/29, I expected it to be in better condition. However, shortly after the service, my car started exhibiting issues it never had before, such as a weird rattling noise and the TMPS light coming on. I reached out to the shop to express my concerns, and they told me to bring my vehicle in so they can take a look. I brought my vehicle in, and they stated they couldn’t pinpoint what was making the sound at all. They did tell me that my tires are two different sizes, that they should have caught it when they were conducting the FULL INSPECTION, so they would replace those tires free of charge. I accepted. I arrive to the shop at 7am this morning, and NATHAN said he knows nothing about my situation, that he’s the general manager, and he’s not replacing them. I asked him politely if he could please call the employee who did in fact tell me this, and he responded “it doesn’t matter what happened. You’re not getting two free tires.” I proceeded to tell him that I brought my car in for a full inspection, and approved EVERYTHING they recommended. Why did they not catch the tire issue? He could only respond with “people make mistakes sometimes.” PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE PHOTOS OF MY TIRES. IT IS VERY APPARENT THAT THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT SIZES. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO READ THE NUMBERS TO TELL. I am in tears as I write this review due to his lack of professionalism and condescending tone. He embarrassed me. Now I have to spend my day contacting their regional manager, the bbb, and filing a complaint with DORA. I SPENT $2600.00 at this shop, only to be left in tears and still figuring out maintenance and tires issues. Instead of resolving the problems, I was left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience and will be seeking assistance elsewhere. *** THIS SHOP RESPONDS TO REVIEWS. I WILL BE UPDATING THIS REVIEW AFTER THEY RESPOND. Colorado Springs needs to be informed about this scammy shop, and I will NOT let “general managers” like Nathan try to say anything in this review is false. I will also update this review after I hear back from the regional manager, the BBB and Dora. The regional manager has already been contacted, and the BBB and DORA will be contacted later today. Thank you for reading. Do not take your vehicle here. You will be left with maintenance issues to fix and confrontational people to resolve them with.

My backup camera became disconnected when my tailgate fell off. The dealer wanted over $2000 to replace the whole system. Service Street got me in immediately, fixed it, and replaced my windshield wipers all for $70. They were friendly, efficient, and inexpensive. I highly recommend these guys.

Nicole and the team provided exceptional assistance with a tire repair on my vehicle, even as they approached closing time. Their commitment to helping a customer, despite the late hour, was impressive. I am truly grateful for their support and wholeheartedly recommend this tire shop.
