George and the guys here (the shop pup too) are great I brought my car from a dealership after being on the phone with my warranty company pleading the case, they did the work on good faith, whether I’d need to pay my deductible or not. They stayed late as well to get it done, another issue come up with the fix, so granted at the time I needed my car back the work wasn’t fully fixed at the time they assured me I could drop it off again when I was ready and they’d get it done. And they did a week later and they got my deductible taken care of at the end. This is my first time I needed to take my car to a shop and it was very pleasant and I will be recommending them any chance I get.

I bought a used car about six weeks ago. Within three days, I started having issues. Of course the dealership wasn't required or willing to help. I spent 4 weeks trying to figure out and fix the problems with a mobile mechanic. That was helpful temporarily but the issues all came back by week 5. I was so stressed because I had several trips out of town upcoming and my mechanic had hit a wall. A friend of mine recommended Full Throttle so I took my car to them but was skeptical. I was worried they might try to overcharge me or misinform me because I was a woman. But my experience was wonderful! Within a week they worked on and repaired my my issues! Every time they fixed one thing, it showed that something else wasn't right. Im sure it was time consuming and frustrating but they kept at it until they got it completely up to par. My car is now running great, all issues have been resolved, and their rates were unbelievably affordable! I can't thank George and his crew enough for their time, expertise and persistence in helping me. I 100% recommend them to anybody who needs repairs done on their car. They have made a loyal fan and customer out of me!

Before I brought my car here to Full Throttle. I took it to another auto place that i won't say. My car was overheating. They told me I need the upper and lower and thermometer. They wanted to change me close to 800 work the work. So I went to get my own parts. They wanted to charge extra for labor because I got my own parts. I told them no thanks, yall robbing people. I called around to Several different auto places and everyone wanted to use their own parts and charge a arm and long. So when I call full throttle he told me that I can bring my parts in and he would charge me $250 for the work. I was so happy to hear the price that he gave. Drove my car there with my own parts I got. I drove my car there that morning and it was done in the same day. My experience was wonderful and I felt like family and most important they have great price that won't break your pockets. I will be back for more service. If you have any issues please take you car here. You won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Full Throttle by a family member of the owner. They sent out a "mechanic " to "take a look". I am a 62yo female who has spent many years fixing and modifying vehicles. I have owned and worked on this truck for 8 or 9 years. I corrected the "mechanic" on his misidentification of certain items or conditions present under the hood and he either completely ignored me or referred to my son-in-law whom has never been under the hood of my truck. He was extremely rude and belligerent towards me and insulting my intelligence, knowledge and experience especially with this truck. After I asked why he wasn't listening to my answers and explanations and blatantly ignoring my attempt to provide crucial info he threw his hand in the air and side it was to complicated and he wasn't going to work on it. Which was fine with me. He was incompetent and unknowable of the job and I would not want him working on any vehicle. If this is representative of the quality of their mechanics I would run as fast as possible away from here! If this guy had his way I would have paid alot to have things "fixed" that weren't even broken! Do better Full Throttle.

Went in for an alignment because it was overdue. After my alignment, I noticed that my vehicle would do a swerving motion wherever I went over 75mph. I almost got into a few accidents, I took it to a new shop only to be told that someone adjusted my tires incorrectly.

I didn’t use my insurance for my damages, I just wanted the car drivable and safe. I didn’t care about the authentic so much. George is the owner of the shop and was honest and more than helpful. I had to add radiator fluid to my 2000 Pontiac Firebird each time I drove it. George told me that I needed to replace a lower gasket. So I took it to the shop and dropped it off for the day. After picking it up, I have not had any problems with the radiator fluid. George is very polite and knowledgeable. The shop is clean.

Took my Jeep here to have the oil cooler replaced and the oil changed since that’s part of the job of replacing the oil cooler. They did a half-assed job and didn’t even clean the valley from where the old oil cooler leaked. The Jeep had oil and grease all over the hood, fender flares and the bumper but hey I overlooked it because it was fixed and they were a few hundred bucks cheaper than the next quote I had received. I soon discovered that they broke the clip for the air temperature sensor. It kept falling off the sensor throwing a check engine light. Fixing it would have been optimal since they broke it but a zip tie and a notification of this would have worked as well. They also broke half the clips for the wiring harness under the hood but I fixed that issue. Today I went to change the oil only to discover they had to have used an impact to put the drain plug back in and rounded off the plug slightly. These guys are absolutely terrible and are obviously lazy since they can’t even replace a drain plug without using power tools. I guess the money I saved was wasted by the things they broke. I just hope the didn’t cross thread the damn plug and cost me a new oil pan. Take your ride elsewhere and don’t fall for their cheap quotes.

So a couple of weeks ago my battery light came on and my car was making noise but the battery wasn't the issue it was my AC compressor which they replaced now my car runs so quite. The people here at full throttle are nice kind down to earth and talk to you as a person and not just money the guy I talked with is Gorgeand his staff.he showed me exactly and explained everything that was going on and why it was making the noise. Today I'm back in here getting y breaks done because they need it. The next thing will be my alternator. Guys this place is absolutely good and they explain everything. Fro now on I'm not going anywhere else. Definitely recommend you go here they will treat you right and have a good conversation as well
