Very friendly and knowledgeable on my Ferrari 458 Italia. Quite a few shops were hesitant to do an alignment on my car due to lack of knowledge and experience with such a fairly uncommon vehicle, but REAL was very confident and prepared to take it on. And very fair pricing! They did a great job and huge thank you to the gal at the front desk, Sarah, for being so friendly and communicative throughout the process. Thank you again. Highly recommend!

Jake is a professional. He has great customer service and answered all the questions I had. Sarah and Gabby have great attitudes and assisted when jake was busy helping other customers. My vehicle was there for only a short amount of time but they took care of me and got the job done. Will be giving their business name and address to anyone that asks where to take their vehicle.

Brought in my Subaru for a broken turbo after it had been sitting around in a garage for awhile and they absolutely took care of me. Identified all the issues the same day I dropped the car off as well as providing my photos of everything they were seeing. They also provided me photos of other issues I was unaware of while doing a full inspection of my car. While I was not surprised my car needed a lot of work as it had been sitting in a garage for quite some time I did not feel like I was being sold on work I did not need, but rather that they were genuinely finding issue with my car that really needed to be fixed. When I finally came back to pick up my car and I started it for the first time it sounded so good. Went for a little drive and it drove better than it has in years. I will always be taking my car here for any and all work I need done in the future.

Don't bring your BMW here! Words cannot express the rage! The staff is friendly, the office is really nice. Have my wife's range Rover ball joints were placed, no complaints. But they have some new BMW tech. Some automotive butcher who has no idea what they are doing. Add my BMW X6 spark plugs done., no issues and a complimentary inspection. During the complimentary inspection. The new tech left my brake fluid cap off so I was driving around and my brake warning sensors went haywire, e-brake, brake, etc. they offered me a complimentary radiator flush, my fluid is supposed to be blue and alternative is HT 12 green. But that's not what they put in my vehicle. My experience in the military, that's good artillery driving track vehicles in an 88m the heavy equipment driver. So I am not ignorant to have vehicles operate or how they are maintained. I drove my vehicle even after shut off the vehicle is going crazy trying to cool the vehicle down, I thought it was a pump problem and so I said why is my vehicle running so hot. I decide to look in both coolant reservoirs. One is blue with a turbos are. But the main radiator system that's where it all went wrong. Whoever this tech is put in distilled water and that was basically it. My reservoir is below the fill line. The fluid that was in there was basically a little green fluid and mostly water. I don't even have the energy to go down there and have a heated conversation with the manager. Whoever this BMW tech is do not let them touch any vehicle that has a BMW logo on it. I have attached multiple photos. I have even decided to post a photo from good old basic YouTube that shows what HT-12 green is supposed to look like after it's been 50-50 diluted. Does this look correct to you?

BEWARE I brought my vehicle to Real Automotive and Performance for an oil leak repair and lower control arm replacement. During this time, two serious issues occurred that severely undermine trust in this business. 1. Questionable Diagnosis and Proposed Repair I requested an inspection of the inoperable windshield washer fluid system. I was quoted $399 for a replacement pump and linkage, as the shop stated the component was "bad”. Upon retrieving the vehicle, I discovered the system was fully functional and required no repair, as the issue was a user error regarding the activation method (a button vs. a stalk pull). The attempt to charge nearly $400 for a non-existent repair is highly concerning and suggests fraudulent diagnostic practices. 2. Missing Personal Property and Evidence Tampering During the service period, a pair of AirPod Pro 3 wireless earbuds were left inside the vehicle. Location tracking confirmed the earbuds were last located on the premises of Real Automotive and Performance. The earbuds were missing upon vehicle retrieval. Furthermore, the dashcam footage from the two days the vehicle was in the shop, including the drive to the facility, was found to be deleted. This combination of missing property and deleted video evidence is unacceptable and represents a profound breach of security and customer trust. I strongly caution other consumers regarding the integrity of diagnostic services and the security provided to vehicles left in their care.

GOAT'ed shop. Had multiple services here with my 2010 Pilot and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else in El Paso or Teller with it other than REAL. I happily drive from Florissant to get my whip serviced here regularly. These guys and gals are REAL ones. 😎

From the first phone call to the final text update, the team at REAL Automotive was outstanding. Their communication is fast, clear, and professional, and their pricing is some of the best ive found in Colorado Springs. Recently moved to a new house and tried to feel out the other shops closer to me and they are so much more expensive! I cant believe that auto repair has gotten so expensive. That said ive continued to bring my vehicles to these guys. There was a slight misunderstanding with one of our visits, and even though it probably wasn’t their fault, the team came together and went above and beyond to make it more than right. That kind of integrity and customer care is hard to find these days. Will continue to bring all my vehicles here even though its a little bit of a drive for us. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a Volkswagen SUV and the brakes were awful and squeaking. I called REAL to get a quote and they were kind and a few hundred dollars cheaper than another local place that specializes in German cars. I scheduled the service, and I enjoyed that I could drop my car off safely after hours. All I hear now when I stop is silence!

REAL Automotive has serviced several of our vehicles over the past few years, and it’s always been such a blessing working with them. They’re honest, fairly priced, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. On top of that, they truly care about the community. When asked if they could donate something for a Christmas charity event, they surprised us by donating several free bikes for kids. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of integrity and heart. Highly recommend!

An outstanding experience! Most strongly recommend these automotive specialists. Not only terrific diagnostics, but thorough, honest and expert service. They provide a thorough estimate, adjust it accordingly to need...they charged me $200 LESS than original estimate and only for work needed. Integrity, expertise , honest and completely trustworthy. Would not take my car, 2004 Jaguar XK8 Covertible to anyone else. I'll be a loyal customer for all my car needs. Best car service I have ever had. 5 Star+

While i appreciate the customer service and communication from this place. The techs need to do a better job with the final inspection before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. On my way home i started to notice my car was overheating which was not a issue before. After getting the car home and the temps still going up i did my own inspection and saw that they left the efans completely unplugged which would have caused a catastrophic failure if i would have driven the car any further. ill be taking the car to another mechanic to get inspected to make sure nothing else was left undone. The car was originally brought to real for a fuel issue.

I took my 4Runner to REAL Automotive for an oil change and a few other repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The service was quick, efficient, and very affordable compared to what other shops typically charge. The staff was welcoming and honest, and you can tell they operate with the utmost integrity—which is something that’s getting harder to find these days. A special shoutout to Gabby, who was incredibly personable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand and went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident about the work being done. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for future maintenance. Highly recommend REAL Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service!

Is it corny to say this place is the REAL deal? Seriously though, if I could give them 6 stars I would. They took care of me through and through, spending way more time than we planned trying to troubleshoot some issues, without changing my quote. They ladies at the desk, the service lead, the owner and the techs were all wonderful to deal with. They truly CARE about their craft and their customers and it shows. Also, the waiting room and amenities are top notch. I hung out for about hours and felt right at home the whole time. I needed tires installed, an alignment, and TPMS reset on a 99 Corvette... except the tires are 325/30 runflats on powder coated wheels, the car is very low, and the TPMS module is from a 2001+ Corvette. The tires went on with a fight, but they look great and no marks on the wheel at all. The alignment is a dream, it drives so much better than it did prior. But the TPMS... it took hours of troubleshooting, and they couldn't get the system online, but told me they really wanted to get it work. After 3 hours with multiple scan tools, it wasn't going to happen without major troubleshooting. Couldn't tell if it was a software or hardware problem. They didn't charge me at all for the troubleshooting, and told me to come back if I could get the system online, and they'd set the pressure for me. After spending a few hours on old forum posts, I finally figured out how to get the new style module enabled by mix-matching year models in the scanner software. Took it back over to them, showed them how I did it, and within half an hour they managed to get everything working as it should. -Full disclosure, I don't fault these guys for not figuring out the module quickly. It's a 25 year old highly modified Corvette with ancient digital tech, and was in for some relatively simple work, not a full blown troubleshooting and analysis. The simple fact that they took several hours of trying to get it working AND took me back a second day to finish it out instead of saying "Sorry man, you're out of luck." is outstanding. Oh, they did all of this two days before Christmas.

It is always so hard to trust a mechanic shop. But, Real has done what has always seemed so simple. Just tell me what is actually needed, what other things would be good to do at the same time and let me make the decision. They are great at explaining their findings and take the time to ensure to have that personal conversation. Thanks for the work you do. You always meet the expectations you provide and exceed mine.

I brought my Nissan Xterra in for repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team here was incredibly honest, affordable, and welcoming from start to finish. They took the time to explain what needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary services, and the quality of their work was outstanding. It’s refreshing to find an automotive shop that truly cares about their customers and stands by their work. I’ll definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, dependable auto repair! Gabby was helping me on the phone and the one keeping me informed on my vehicle and she was so sweet and helpful! 10/10 will be back.

I want to thank the REAL Automotive and Performance group for working diligently and doing a real good job on the motor swap I had done on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. They were very transparent, and worked with me making sure the vehicle had extra stuff I wanted done, done to my specifications. It has been 2 weeks since I got my car back, and there have been zero issues. I highly recommend them! Thank you guys very much.

I cannot speak highly enough about RE4L Automotive!! A friend I trust recommended them and I only wish I had known about them sooner! Gabby and Sarah are great, and Liam is an absolutely outstanding mechanic. This shop is clearly top tier, even my Lyft driver said “nice looking shop” when we pulled up. I had to gush a little and tell him just how right he was. From kind, courteous, professional, and efficient service writers and staff to incredibly thorough inspections and high quality work, to the polished and comfortable shop complete with TV and gaming systems in a cozy waiting room, everyone and every thing at RE4L seems to be absolutely top notch. Liam found things that even Heuberger missed when I had them looking for specific issues. He fixed things I didn’t even realize I had wrong, and my car left the shop sounding, feeling, and driving happier and healthier and stronger. He uses photos shared through shop monkey to clearly show inspection and diagnostics. He goes above and beyond and is excellent at finding and killing weird problems and noises. I could not be more pleased. This is the type of shop anyone who cares about a high quality customer service paired with high quality work needs. My car is old (19.8 years: 2006 WRX) and in numerous ways really shows its age. Some shops seem to think that means I don’t care about treating it like it’s fresh from the dealership. They must not realize I plan on keeping it indefinitely. I’ve had it for 14 years and have rebuilt the transmission and engine. I plan on driving it at LEAST another 300,000 miles. So I am absolutely delighted to finally have found The Shop who I know will take Re4l good care of my car ;) The GOAT - RE4L. They really are 4 Real ;)
