The front desk is super nice and great. The workers aren’t reasonable or understanding. I turn my car in to get my passenger side door fixed and I got it back with my driver side button broken and they claim they didn’t have anything to do with the driver side door. They claim it was a wear and tear. Daniel didn’t feel responsible for it and now I have to go through someone else to get it fixed. I do not recommend this body shop to anyone.

Nate, Kathy any staff are AMAZING!!!!! They are so sweet and a joy to be around. Nate is very knowledgeable and so friendly. Kathy always makes my day when I hear from her. When I tell you that this business does amazing work and has the best customer service ever, I do not say it lightly. I've been getting auto body work done for a couple years through Rocky Mountain and they've always been professional, kind and very informative. They also always make sure I'm satisfied with the work and have fixed things I had concerns about. But a lot of businesses can do that right? So here is where they set that bar so HIGH I honestly will not go anywhere else for my body work!! So a couple years ago they fixed my front end, cut to today I have a coolant leak. Turns out some mounts weren't placed on my radiator casing. I call Rocky mountain and the lovely office manager remembers me, and my name is not an easy one. She even remembers the work and my car. Hands me over to Nate and I have the dealership speak with him. Immediately Nate says their concern is to take care of me. Asks whats needed and what the price is and says send over the bill. Then he apologizes to me. I cannot express how grateful I am to this amazing company full of amazing people!! They took care of the issue in 2 minutes. They were so quick and polite and it immediately reassured me that I've been taking my car to the right place and the right people. This is the place you should trust with your auto needs!! They are local and amazing and truly care about their customers!! I am extremely lucky to have found this gem!! Thank you all so much RMBP!!

Rocky Mountain Body & Paint did an outstanding job removing the hail damage from my Caddy. They also removed a dent in my passenger side door. My door looks great, so much so, that I can't remember where that dent was. I truly appreciate the staff and the service and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired or dents removed. Hopefully I won't get any more hail damage but if I do, I know where to go. Thank you.

Wow! These guy above and beyond every single time! Affordable, and honest. We have brought every single car we own to Rocky Mountain Body and Paint and they do a cut above job every. Single. Time. In 2018 we brought our Dodge Avenger and Subaru WRX after the big hail storm and they did seamless with PDR and Body work. They had us in and out in weeks and helped us with the insurance part making sure everything was good to go. In 2020 we brought in our Toyota Corolla and they helped us with some body work on the bumper. They fixed it like new. And in 2023 we brought in our Lexus and they helped us with side door body work and just did great. Over the years they have blessed our entire family not only with their work but with their family like customer service and they will bless yours too! I will always recommend people to Nate!

Very professional! Nate and Cathy are wonderful people and so are their staffs, they ensure your car repairs are done to your satisfaction. Someone had backed up their car into mine and the right front door was completely damaged and jammed. Reading favorable reviews I visited this place and I felt my car would be in safe hands with Nate and as thought off, they did a amazing job on my car! Perfect color matching and shine.
